I bought a newly built house with Smartlandlord and my focal person was Jonathan Stephens.
I am based overseas and had few concerns regarding buying a property overseas but the whole process was dealt extremely professionally by Jonathan from start till I completed the purchase and made the whole process unbelievably smooth.
He posted me videos of the house regularly to keep me updated .
There was small delay from the developer regarding hand over of the house but The smart landlord team was always accessible for any queries I had at any time .
