The VA keeps the CRM tidy, logs meeting notes, and sends reminder emails so nothing falls through the cracks. The marketing assistant cleans contact lists, lines up LinkedIn posts, and compiles weekly campaign stats. Because they work from the Philippines, I find the completed tasks waiting when I start my morning.
