Ordered parts on 5th January

Ordered parts on 5th January, received an update on 8th January to say they had been despatched on 8th January via Royal Mail 24
At the time of this review (18th January 17.30) no parts received or any communication from Royal Mail.

Excellent service.

Ordered parts arrived in couple of days.
Thermostat valve fitted perfectly. On/off valve, when I ordered it I knew it was not exactly the same, had to be modified slightly, this did not concern me.

Bought replacement valve for shower cabin

We were gifted a shower cabin for an elderly relative and when we assembled it we found that the shower valve leaked. We couldn’t repair it but found a replacement on this site. Very helpful with questions we had. Arrived super quickly and now shower works fine. Happy to recommend.
