perhaps the worse ive been scammed online in a while.

support is either "will be back shortly (for days) or fake support asking for referrals.

proxies have like a 25% + downtime. (ruins the entire purpose of a proxy)

seems like thought out scam with fancy branding.

avoid at all costs.

total scam. proxies are dying BEFORE expiration date...

even despite renewing proxies before expiration date.

support is a dumb 3rd world country person spamming you with "use my discount code" and completely ignoring your concerns.

highly advise against this scam service.

this is a best platform for proxies users i am very happy to use and feel comfortable and this a believable platform.

Terrible service. A scam.

The support was responsive and tried to help me with my issue. I appreciate the assistance

I have always used the website because its cheap and their proxies are not bad ,however on my last transaction they toke my money and and order status say "unpaid" .
I have contacted the support on the webiste and their telegram and whatsapp but they toke 7 days to reply and they said "We're checking now" and they just diseapeared again for 3 days now and still no reply.

This is the worst after sale service I have ever seen my whole life.

Déjà très dur pour pouvoir naviguer sur le site pour faire le paiement. Ensuite, la configuration du proxy est très compliquée et ne répond pas du tout à ce qu'on demande d'un proxy. J'ai voulu voir la documentation dans l'onglet "documentation", il n'y a rien !
J'ai contacté l'aide en ligne, puis par whatsapp, pff...personne...
Ensuite, en voulant me reconnecter au site, impossible, mon accès est bloqué.
Je déconseille fortement ce site qui ressemble bien à une arnaque.

Their customer service is the worst just like the service itself. I bought a static residential proxy but I got a corporate one instead which is totally the opposite of what I paid for.
Their CS can't even speak English and are just useless, I got a reply on my ticket explaining the situation after 2 days and they simply said that they can't do anything even though it was clearly their mistake for not providing me what I paid for.

Avoid at any cost. We ordered an IP from a specific country and got from another. Even after sending them a proof, they refused to change the IP. Don't waste your money with them.

J’ai eu une expérience extrêmement négative avec Smartproxy. J’ai configuré une rotation d’IP pour une heure, mais en réalité les adresses changeaient toutes les deux minutes. Résultat : bannissement systématique sur toutes les plateformes. J’ai perdu des milliers de dollars à cause de ce dysfonctionnement.

Le service client est tout aussi décevant : au lieu d’un support professionnel, on a affaire à une personne qui s’exprime de manière familière, comme si vous étiez un membre de sa famille, sans aucun respect pour le client.

Conclusion : Méfiez-vous de ce service, il peut vous coûter très cher.
