Smartrepairs レビュー

Looking at the past reviews on this company the 5 star reviews seem to have grown massively over the last few weeks following a couple of 1 star reviews? For me this rings alarm bells? I had a bumper corner painted by this company 4 weeks ago and the colour match is terrible. I have tried to call them but nobody ever answers. Car currently in Mercedes bodyshop and the £1775 bill I am having to pay I will recoup from this company.

Just wanted to write a review and pass my thanks onto Carl for a superb paint repair job on the rear hatch of car. Chipped the paint on a low roof of a carpark causing a small, but really annoying chip. Carl was very professional right from the start, he called the day before and was really honest about the time he expected to arrive. He arrived on time and once he started he magically made the chip disappear. What a great standard of work and if that’s the quality of your technicians and the work they do then I wouldn’t hesitate in using you again. Cheers again Carl, much appreciated. 👍🏻

Nav did an outstanding job repairing the alloy damage on all wheels on my Range Rover. The results were seamless, and you can’t even tell there was ever an issue! He was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what he does. The process was smooth from start to finish, with great attention to detail and a high-quality finish.

I highly recommend Nav for any alloy wheel repairs—top-notch work and fantastic service!

Would definitely use his services again. Thanks, Nav! 🚗🔧👏

Nav did a fantastic job on our VW T-Roc, he arrived when he said he would and he was friendly and polite. He rang us when the job was done and explained what he had done and that we should let the paint harden over three weeks. There was a huge chip out of the wheel arch of the wing and scraping of the panel but by the time Nav finished, it all looked brand new. Thank you, Nav, for such a great job.

Beyond repairs…damage disappears as if by magic!
Dave Robinson is brilliant at his job, highly professional, polite, friendly, extremely knowledgable and helpful. Could not recommend more highly.

Friendly service and great repair of damaged alloy wheels.
Service provided by Wayne Roe.

Stonechip on my bonnet , Dave did a great job and a lovely guy to deal with

A great job, looks better than new! Dave Robinson is a great lad, compares himself to Brad Pitt but decided he was too old so we opted for Zac Efron…. He did a great job and within an hour too, and gave advance notice of his arrival. Even helped me move some newly arrived paving slabs out the way to get the car in the right place to work on! Thanks

A beautiful repair done by Nav on my brand new Sage Green Volvo XC40. Car now looks like brand new again. Thank you Nav

Just had one of your guys Nav around to repair an alloy. Very impressed! Great job and great guy. Thanks

Smart Repairs were engaged by Motoreasy to repair damage to the diamond cut alloys on my VW Tiguan. Their man Connor from Derby phoned me the day before with a likely time of arrival and then phoned me on the day, about an hour before he arrived. Connor was knowledgeable and engaging and made a first class job.

A job well done ! Great service allround. Car got booked in for a home repair service, 1 damaged alloy and 3 panel scratches. Connor called the night before the booked date to inform me of his expected time of arrival. On the day he informed me again of his ETA. Connor arrived on time and on got straight to work. A very professional and pleasant gentleman who seemed to know alot about his trade. This put me at ease straight away. The work was completed to a high standard and will definitely call on him again if work is needed.

Fantastic service from Smart Repairs. They came quickly when i explained that i was going on holiday. The Cosmetic repair Wayne did to my metallic paint Range Rover was superb . Thank you

Had them fix my alloys twice in the last year and they have been great both times. The visit last week was exceptional with the guy helping me out with another issue, jacking up another car that was too low to use my jack. So helpful and did a great job on the 2 alloy repairs.

Great job from Tommy as always , this is my second time going to him.

Came to my house to refurbish my rims mid week , great quality paint used as my re spray last year was still in excellent condition when he came I just needed a rim scrape to be refurbished and all for a great price.

Great service from Scott at Leeds. Repaired a small but tricky dent meticulously with excellent paint match. Also refurbished 2 alloys so they are as good new. Magnificent attention to detail and highly experienced. Highly recommended.

Thank you Connor! Excellent service!
Connor contacted me the day before he was due to attend, kept me informed when he was on his way, and did a grand job.
Connor attended my home with all the necessary tools to polish up a scratch on the side of my car passenger door and polish up all 4 scratched alloys!
Alloys look brand new and I can't see the scratches on the door anymore. I'm so glad I decided to tidy up car. Car looks great!
Connor is extremely polite, and respectful.
I was impressed with Connor's knowledge and experience. He knows his field of work.
An absolute fabulous and convenient service.
Thank you Connor, Smart Repair.

Damage occurred within the period of time that the policy would have covered it, made note of it with the repairer on multiple occasions to which they denied the repair. I put in a separate claim on another area of damage which again would have been covered by the policy and yet again the claim was denied, utter waste of money if adding a policy onto the purchase of a car. Would highly recommend avoiding.
