I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere as they show zero professionalism.

The guttering system they installed at our house does not function properly as the water overflows even during normal rainfall instead of being directed into the drainage as shown in the video. I have had a very bad experience from the start as they did not turn up on the agreed date and did not even inform me about it as well.

They failed to carry out the work as stated in our contract, leaving key parts of the project incomplete. If you do make the mistake of hiring them, I strongly advise you to inspect their work regularly to ensure proper work as they write everything the in contract and but skip half of it. Furthermore, be warned: their '10-year guarantee' is a total scam. They state and advertise it prominently on their website to gain your trust, but they refuse to honor it in reality, showing high level of unprofessionalism.

Ironically, their website talks about how to choose reliable contractors and claims high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and guarantees whereas my experience has been the complete opposite SO DO NOT BE FOOLED BY GOOD LOOKING WEBSITES!!!

I would give zero stars if I could and avoiding them would definitely be a wise choice.
