Very useful tool to understand trends and competitor movements in the marketplace.

I've used SmartScout for a number of months now and love it! I mainly use it to find out data on my clients competitors. The brand insights feature is brilliant and enjoy using he chrome extension.

This is quite scam. Shame on you. The chrome extension does not work and says the server is down. I wanted to estimate sales for some competitors and paid 20 Euros, but wasted my time and money.
If you want to steal other's money, there are better ways...

I would like to share with everyone about my customer service experience. I received assistance from Henry who is one of the reps for this company and he provided excellent service. I am pleased to say that if you need any assistance they will be more than happy to assist you. Great Job!

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are talking about The person who runs this is named Scott. Scott has been in contact with me and they've listened to me when I said some things weren't working right they are so very kind and helpful actually a really great company. I've had some software from companies that do things with Amazon that have been absolutely rude and disrespectful. I think this tactical arbitrage and source mogul have had some really decent owners that are very respectful. It's a good software for certain things and it's also affordable which seems to be a problem with some of the softwares. Try it out with a free trial and just cancel before renewal I've had no problems of being charged when I've canceled.

SmartScout auto-renewed my annual subscription without informing me (reminding customer of this is customary in SaaS world).

I contacted them for a refund but they refused to give one.

Auto-renewed with no prior notification. When I contacted them to cancel and request a refund, Henry blew me off and basically said sorry, I don't care that you aren't in the Amazon business and never use the application, I'm taking your money anyway. This company is a complete ripoff artist. Beware!

Well, when I saw the Traffic Graph for the first time, I was SOOOO impressed! The “ad spy” feature and the opportunity to analyze pretty much everything about your competitors is available. I absolutely love Smart Scout and I use it a lot!
