Alles was perfect voor ons geregeld bij Smart Wheels. De auto stond keurig klaar en was in topstaat! We hebben dan ook een probleemloze en prettige huurperiode gehad.

Het ophaalproces was erg soepel. Smart Wheels had al foto's van de staat van de auto gemaakt en met ons gedeeld voordat we deze gingen ophalen. Dat scheelde ons weer tijd en moeite. Ook het terugbrengen ging vlot; de auto werd snel gecontroleerd en alles was direct in orde.

We zijn ook zeer te spreken over het personeel. De medewerker achter de balie was vergeten de door ons gehuurde telefoonhouder mee te geven. De volgende dag kregen we van hem persoonlijk een appje met zijn excuses en de melding dat de houder voor ons klaarlag. Een zeer attente en nette oplossing!

Kortom, de service is helemaal top. Een echte aanrader!

easy going and return of vehicle in front of the airport!

Coming off a cruise boat in Curacoa, the closest car rental agencies were booked and crowded. A very short walk brought me to the cool and quiet office of Smart Wheels. I was met by Judaily who was very helpful and pleasant. The rental process was very quick and efficient. Not only that, but as a visitor, I was having difficulties with finding a scuba shop and using my American phone. Judaily was so helpful, she went above and beyond her job to help me. I recommend this establishment.

Very flexible and friendly, needed the car earlier and it could be arranged. All in time and good

The experience to rent the vehicle was a little troubling. When I called, they mentioned they didn't have any cars available for today. They confirmed vehicles were available the next day and I asked them to make a reservation. I was referred to the website to make the reservation. Upon checking the site, I discovered there was a vehicle available for the original day, which I reserved immediately. From there, the pickup experience was seamless. The car was clean and gas tank full and I was on my way without delay. Returning the vehicle was also effortless. The process was complete in less than 5 minutes and I received the final invoice via email within 30 minutes.

Geen gedoe met auto terug brengen, gewoon op vliegveld neerzetten.

Entregue el vehículo con el tanque lleno y mas tarde me reclamaron muy insistentemente un segmento qué marcaba que no estaba lleno. Tuve que pagar $15 lo que vale casi completar medio tanque de ese vehículo. Sin posibilidad de cargar en la estación de gas situación que hubiese salido $ 2.

Hele duidelijke instructies met video hoe en waar je de huurauto moet ophalen op het vliegveld. Duidelijk contract. Veel communicatie via whatsapp erg fijn. Het mag wel duidelijker omschreven worden wat je precies moet schoonmaken voordat je de huurauto inleverd.

Vanaf het moment van aankomst was alles perfect geregeld. De auto stond keurig klaar en was in uitstekende staat. Tijdens ons hele verblijf hebben we er probleemloos gebruik van kunnen maken. De communicatie verliep vlot en het ophalen en terugbrengen van de auto was heel soepel geregeld. Alles was duidelijk en zonder gedoe. Zeker een aanrader voor wie een betrouwbare huurauto zoekt!

Fast, easy, professional. Need I say more. Within minutes we rented a car. Access was even easier with the rental being located just across from our hotel. The return process was just as simple and was completed within minutes. No hassle! Great experience

There were very clear instructions for picking up and returning the car. The shuttle from the airport to the car was there within 15 minutes.
Car (Kia Picanto) was nice and clean. Contact via WhatsApp was very convenient and direct. There was a small issue with the yearly taxes/insurance and that was quickly resolved. Very happy with this rental.

Economy car was not available. I had to take a SUV. 18$ MORE Expensive.
I rent it for one day ( but a few days earlier another rent for 2 days) + 15$
Fuel was not full full. I did 80 km and put 16 liters fuel in it. When I said it to the desk, the answer was thank you.+8$
So it was a very expensive rent for me.

Prima nieuwe, nette en frisse auto’s. Geen complex inlever proces. Gewoon goed. Geen aanbevelingen ter verbetering.
