SmartyAds has been a solid partner for us. This DSP has given us good results for Traffic in the U.S. territories. Now, one thing that is a true highlight is the support and service. The way our Account Manager responds and works with us is incredible! He's been very attentive, helpful and friendly. I think with the way he services us, allows us to overlook somethings that may not be our favorite about the quality of Traffic upon Flight of campaigns, or Contextual Keyword targeting features.

You really don't understand what services they are offering. As a publisher, I received over 400k requests, a metric used in their platform, but in return, I received 0 revenue. When I asked them when the requests could start generating impressions and revenue, they went silent.

Detailed attention to our requirements, regular dedicated updates, useful strategic suggestions, excellent reporting and campaign design features on the app ... what more could we want?

So far all is good and I found nothing to dislike SmartyAds DSP for. The whole way from registering to campaign creation really takes a bunch of minutes. The overall impression - they made this platform not only for professional marketers but also for advertisers and independent buyers who are just starting off - I'm new to all these ad tech things and I still find their DSP easy and straightforward.

I also have few things to say about performance - the platform offers just the right set of advertising formats that I need for promotion - banner, video, native. They also have rich media and CTV although I mostly use those three for my niche, they work just well for my campaigns. Platform also provides a low cost per impression so I’m satisfied (thanks to their in-built optimization CPM tools). As well they have CTR optimizer, and nice tools for campaigns optimization ... In general, I think I’m dealing with a really good DSP as it is easy to use and my analytics always show great results.

Their registration portal keeps rejecting emails thereby preventing one from signing up.
