Writing this review to make it known to everyone about the scam practice of this company.they have added some very nonsense lines on their tos like max bet during bonuses is 2euro when you have to wager your deposit 15 times. Obviously this is unpresetended and you can't wager within the time limit. If you bet more than 2 euros they can close your account. Same thing happens if you play on their slots while you have a bonus open.they can also close your account if you do so.obviously they won't do so if you keep losing. You can freely deposit your money if so.in my case I deposit 500euro so i take another 500 for my first deposit.i had to wager the full 1000euro 15 times which is insane on its one.i managed to do well and ended up after full completing the 15 times wager for my money to be available for withdrawal witn 11000 euro. Mostly with betting but played some slots too. Then the struggle starts. My kyc verification suddenly never happened,I had open support before starting my withdrawal process and sent them all files needed but they gone radio silence afterwards.i tried to make a 500euro withdrawal just to see what will happen but only got an automated email that my kyc verification isn't complete so they can't withdraw,which makes sense but they don't finish the verification at the first place. After that and after checking online I ended up here and found out this is a common practice on their side and that they never pay their winners. So I wanted to make people aware to avoid smash.casino cause you will just lose your money. I don't expect to get anything out of them sadly,not even my initial deposit. I learned to always scam check casinos from know on.

Worst casino experience.

Withdrawls always take around 5 business days, I reached "vip" that says it includes faster withdrawls but I've been waiting for 4 business days regardless.

The casino is also having game round issues, I excelated it to the VIP manager with both screenrecordings and printscreens in a game that require 3 scatters where I got 4 and no freespins was triggered. The game rules clearly states 3 scatters or more in any combination triggers freespins, however I did not get it.

I will turn directly to the game provider (pragmatic) and hope for a better response, and never play here again.
