Imposible de lire les conditions du bonus nul part et aucune empêchement pour jouer sur des machines soit sidant pas comprises dans leur conditions. 1 semaine perdu a valider le compte et attendre pour validation du retrait, réponse : pas de retrait de 1 k et argent confisqué. Des voleurs indiscutable. Ne faites pas des dépôts cest un scam

Been waiting 8 days for a withdrawal to be reviewed. €1100 euros they owe me. Every single time I ask they say we’ve left a note on your account and then absolutely nothing happens.

I’m still waiting for my withdrawal but for some reason the site is not loading today! I think I’ve been scammed! Fortunately I only put £40 my account, think I can wave goodbye to that!!

As expected I had the message that my withdrawal has been blocked, because I violated the terms of the bonus. I did this by placing too much money per bet!!! They refunded me my initial deposit, then I found that the minimum withdrawal is €100!!!

J’ai ouvert un compte sur Smash Casino (smash1.casino) et effectué des dépôts pour jouer, notamment au Blackjack en live casino.

Un bonus m’a été attribué et j’ai commencé à jouer avec celui-ci, sans qu’aucune restriction ou alerte ne soit affichée pendant mes sessions de jeu. J’ai ensuite poursuivi mes activités de jeu et le bonus a été annulé dans mon espace joueur.

Après ma demande de retrait, le casino a confisqué mes gains (7 875 €) en invoquant une violation des conditions de bonus (jeu en live casino et mise maximale dépassée).

Je conteste cette décision car aucun blocage ni avertissement ne m’a été donné pendant le jeu, et les restrictions ont été appliquées uniquement après coup. Mon compte a ensuite été désactivé, m’empêchant d’accéder à mon historique.

J’ai ouvert une procédure de médiation auprès d’un organisme ADR pour analyse du dossier.

Ignore the positive reviews they are FAKE bots. They don’t let you withdraw any money but they let you deposit no problem!!!!

The live chat agents will pretend they are helping you but nothing ever gets done.

Started the verification process to withdraw my winnings. Customer service seemed legit and nice then out of the blue received an email to announce me that I breached the terms of service (no mention of the said term that was breached!?) so they're closing my account.
Tthey said they're refunding me of my 1000+€ deposit but still waiting to this day.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY

Submitted a withdrawal then verified my account. It took them five days to reject my withdrawal because the withdrawal form didn't have the correct country code (obviously it was on my verification documents). They returned the withdrawal amount to my account (presumably hoping I would lose it) then took another 5 days to pay out. Needles to say I won't be back.

Now waiting on a so called refund. Two different companies took from my account although I deposited through the same website.
Refused to pay out my winnings and closed my account.
No replies from their emails AND STILL waiting on a refund!!!!
