Very, very poor. Dreadful communication deficit, non first time fix, prolonged delays which resulted in severe inconvenience and additional costs. Job expanded to consume inordinate amounts of time and funds, bad experience compounded by exceptionally low quality finishing. Dismal lack of professional standards, avoid at all costs.

Would highly recommend this company. Had a new extension built and everything from the smallest detail was done to an exceptionally high standard the staff are also a great bunch. Would definitely not use anyone but SME

I contacted the SME building team they was very helpful and co-operative.

I explained that I've had a couple other teams in to have a look and give me a price. On a loft conversion and That the other companies couldn't do the work I wanted so I kept looking around I found this company they came and looked at the job straight away and said no problem its a job they can start and finish in amazing time with a brilliant price.

I went with SME because they are very experienced and there knowledge was brilliant couldn't believe how nice and professional they was also there prices are unbeatable.

The work was done to a very high top spec. Really impressed and happy with there work and how they was from start to finish, they kept everything clean and tidy no mess left and no damages dome to my property well doing the job.

I own a few properties so I have asked Simon if he could do them aswell which he is more than happy to do it for me.

Highly recommend business looking for a loft conversion or any other building aspects needed or wanted I.e extensions or new roofs on your property.

Simon was very informative. He came an assessed the loft and explained all the pro’s and con’s. We were given different options and ideas. I’m glad we went along with SME Builders, as we couldn’t be any happier with the installation. Very very pleased with the quality of work. I would definitely use them again and recommend!

New roof Installation

I needed my roof replaced due to water damage from a previous installation and was recommended SME from a family friend who had a positive experience with them. The team were very polite when I enquired about costs, logistics and time, I have nothing but praise on how they conducted themselves from the day I enquired to when they finished installing the new roof.
