A big variety of fragrances very easy to use good customer service prompt delivery overall very pleased.

I purchased from them back in 2022, and more samples in 2024. They are pretty good for sampling and comparing before deciding to splurge on a full-size bottle, I also use them for travels.

Did not encounter any problems with shipping and dispatching, items were well-packed too.

Great products and fast delivery. Very impressed and would highly recommend 👌🏻

Used these over the years, great service quick turn around. Exactly what you want when you wan to try a scent but not have to buy a full bottle to do so! Will always use these again.

Awful website they are scammers I didn’t receive my parcel and I complained they make excuses and didn’t give me money back and there is no parcel they just take money from account

I wanted a particular perfume but it wasn’t showing on the website. After contacting Smell to Impress, Antonia searched for the sample I wanted, listed it on line and text me several times to let me know what she was doing. WOW! Fantastic service, fast delivery, gorgeous perfume and just an amazing experience. I will only buy my perfumes from smelltoimpress.com from now on. Antonia you are awesome, thank you. 🤩

Genuine Fragrance Sample. Friendly service. Plenty of choice.

When I initially placed the order I was advised it may take 2 weeks to fulfil as the main product would be shipping from France.
After 3 weeks I reached out to Smell To Impress as I still hadn't received the order, and was advised by Pete that they were still expecting to fulfil the order but there had been a number of bank holidays in Europe which had delayed delivery.
I'm now almost 6 weeks after the order was placed and still no delivery. I've been trying to get an update for the past week and even asked for a refund but had no reply.
Very disappointed with the customer service and I will not be ordering from them in future.

Hice un pedido el 31/03/2024 de dos muestras y un perfume tamaño 75 ml. de INEKE perfumes.
Sólo recibí las muestras y ni rastro de la botella de 75 ml, cuyo importe es de 72 euros.
Les escribí un email el 18/04, con la reclamación del perfume, que no se dignaron contestar. A pesar de ello, recibo publicidad de la empresa todas las semanas.
Me parece una estafa total y recomiendo a potenciales compradores que no caigan en la trampa.
Modifico la valoración porque el día que escribí aquí, me enviaron un email y me dicen que proceden al reembolso.

Have updated as have heard from the company and part of the problem is my fault.
I should have read the terms carefully, and I didn’t!

Ordered nearly a week ago and had zero contact or info since!
Terrible way of doing business!
And saying it’s unfair for customers to leave one star reviews is not supportive or conducive to good business practices either.
If it’s the delivery company’s at fault, vent venom on them, not customers that have chosen to spend their cash with you!

Great for trying out new samples until you find the one you want

Placed an order on 11th April (£38), and paid for the delivery even though the web says orders for £20 and above should have free delivery.
When I asked about it, they replied it was because it had been shipped from France.
A week later I requested the status of the order and Pete replied that it should have been on the way and wait a few days for the package.
Turns out the package was lost in transit and they refunded the full amount.

All good with my Diorella except that the top doesn’t stay on !
