Never sent me my item.

Attempted to get in contact multiple times with no reply.

Only responded after I opened a dispute. Sent some tracking number without any proof of where the item went, just says delivered with a generic signature that's not mine.

AS PER THEIR REPLY: I do not live in a block of flats. I'm the only resident in my building. Calling me a liar doesn't help the company image

Tried to place an order for the first time. Entered all my card details then get a 'revolut' screen saying 'something went wrong'.

Edit: in response to the business' comment (which they've now deleted) (1) I was trying to pay using MasterCard (2) I live in the UK. (3) If you're surprised that you get a negative review because your payment process failed then you're naive.

Excellent company, stock a vast selection of fragrances, and their customer service is fantastic, very easy to deal with.

Am 26.Nov.2022 habe ich zwei Duftproben bestellt (Dior Poison Girl und Dior Farenheit). Am 01.Dez.2022 erhielt ich die Bestätigung der Bestellung per Email. Am 12.Dez.2022 wurde das Paket versandt, welches am 03.Jan 2023 bei mir ankam.
38 Tage für zwei Duftproben!?
Absolut unterirdisch!
Dies war mein erster und letzter Einkauf bei dieser Firma.

Erst einmal Danke für Ihre ungewohnt schnelle Antwort. Zumindest in dieser Hinsicht können sich Andere ein Beispiel an Ihnen nehmen.

Verzögerungen durch Poststreiks liegen nicht in Ihrem Bereich und können Ihnen daher nicht angelastet werden.

Aber vier Tage von der Bestellung (Datum der Belastung meiner Kreditkarte) bis zur Bestätigungsmail erscheinen mir ein wenig viel, genauso wie zwölf Tage für die interne Bearbeitung.

Im Moment habe ich keinen weiteren Bedarf an Duftproben. Sollte ich jedoch wieder einmal Proben benötigen, werde ich Ihnen noch einmal eine Chance geben, sich von Ihrer besseren Seite zu zeigen.

Creed perfumes team is so reliable and quick with fixing an issue. They immediately send me a parcel that was delayed by Royal Mail, without hesitation. I can’t praise them enough, thank you for the amazing service.

Ordered a sample perfume and it was delayed… i emailed the company and spoke to a lovely man called Seb, he responded very quickly and was very helpful. The sample arrived and smells amazing, i will for sure order again from this site.

This is a further update from my previous review of a couple of weeks ago.
My package had been lost in the post, due to Royal Mail strikes and along with many other packages that have been lost aswell.
I have already put on the Dioresence and it is so beautiful……..thank you Creed perfume samples!
The bottles of perfume were very well packaged and the team were excellent at keeping me informed of trying to locate this package.

I have used CPS for some years now and products have always been great. Customer service is amazing and they definitely want happy customers. Highly recommended!

No service at all from this company unfortunately. Bought perfume for a birthday present - ordered on 23.09.22. Not received. On 30.09.22 had email from company advising the parcel had been damaged in transit and they had no more stock so would I like something else or a refund, up until this point I thought the service was ok.

I asked for a refund as there was no other fragrance I wanted. STILL NO REFUND! despite me emailing them 3 times since asking for an update??? Soooo disappointed ☹️

UPDATE - refund now received. Glad to have my issue finally resolved

Realicé un pedido hace 1 mes y no he recibido ni email de confirmación, ni número de pedido ni nada. Pero me lo han pasado por la cuenta, daba por perdido el dinero. Me ha llegado una carta de aduanas donde me pide la Factura para continuar con el envio y no la tengo.

Modifico la calificación porque se han puesto en contacto conmigo. Han estado muy pendientes, han contesgado muy rapido y me han solucionado todo lo necesario.

Have made quite a few purchases from Creed Perfume Samples over the summer and have found the company to be excellent. The fragrances are the genuine item and are always dispatched promptly.

Incredible service. Found a discontinued perfume I've been searching a while for. Posted special delivery from Ireland and arrived today. So quick. So happy with my purchase and the service is even better.

Everything is okay, but I was waiting my parcel for 1 month , I guess that I deserve a little present because of it, for example +1 parfume sample. But finally I have received my delivery.

Overall good company. They wrote me a personal e-mail to thank me for the purchase which I really liked. Didn't gave me a tracking number however the delivery was quite fast. Less than 3 days. The samples arrived carefully packed.
