Customer Support Specialist Shona went above and beyond when DPD repeatedly made errors with our delivery- tracking astray orders, issuing credit for lost parcels and arranging for replacement products to be shipped, while keeping us informed throughout.
Excellent service from SMI, particularly as the problems encountered were caused by the courier, not SMI.

I had a message saying it was despatched to DPD that same day, I have the DPD app and for seven days it said received notification of order but not received. Phoned Smi said order been lost. Will despatch another immediately. No info on DPD app at all. So phoned again asking for refund. Today I got refund but not the £9 they charged me for postage. I certainly wonât phone again.
