Bezahlung geht nicht , da auf Brazilianische Seite umgeleitet wird, Dadurch wird es bei den meisten in Europa als Betrug markiert.

The customer are wrost of smileone and they never respond I request them API for Mobile legends service to integrate my website and it’s been 3 months I email them several times but they still didn’t respond my me .wrost customer service ever

It's simply a terrible and unreliable support. You just get copy-and-paste answers.

The Customer Service Agents Are Too lazy late response rate and didn't refund the money also scam totally

Smile.One took my payment and then did not send me my Items.When I reached out to customer service they sent me to their 3rd party processing company. (TrippleA) Speaking to them they said they don’t accept that form of payment but the money was still taken out of my account.

Es la primera vez que leo el nombre de esta banda criminal. Y escribo BANDA CRIMINAL porque han cargado a mi cuenta una cantidad sin concepto. He cancelado el cargo, pero igualmente presentaré denuncia.

Had an unauthorized fraudulant charge on my personal debit card.I have never heard of the company. I filed a ticket and emailed their support twice informing them of this. I provided s reen shots of the teansaction from my card holder showing their brand name,the time and amount of the transaction.

I also provided the first 6 and last four digits of the card that only i have access too. My name, phone number,email address requesting they get in touch with me concerning this as i was going to despite the charges and that they should be able to help with the investigation. That this was a criminal act by one of their members and they should be able to identify the purchaser..

Never heard back from them. I canceled my card.And i also informed them that i was going to share this experience and their brand name. There is enough corruption,scamming and shady people and companies already on the web.. Their refusal to even com.unicate with me concerning this just adds another one to the list. And these places should be put out of business.

I went with One Smile after reading lots of reviews and I’ll be honest this company has left a very sour taste in my mouth…
1 - the moulds were late arriving and I was hounded to buy the retainers
2 - the retainers were late coming to me even though they set a time frame it was missed
3 - they have the most ridiculous ‘ Guarantee’ that you must obey by or it voids the warranty. Bare in mind there is no email or follow up about the importance of this but they are happy to hound you for the payment within three days
4 - there is ZERO customer service and when you ring them they are rude
5 - I flagged from the start the retainers aren’t going to do what I wanted, I wanted this to move one tooth and after finished 8 sets it’s not moved
6 - been told to order another set, it’s not turned up - which I have paid for!

I wish I had paid for the more premium service with a different company. It’s been a waste of time and money so far. Having to start this all over again (when I finally get the moulds) when I flagged in the first place it wasn’t going to do what I wanted.

As I have struggled previously with dentist. I had to build up alot of courage to have the treatment done. The dentist I received my treatment from worked very well with my learning difficulties, he made sure I knew everything that was happening before hand. He spoke clearly and was very patient with me throughout then entire process. . I received a phone call from Harry today and he ensured I was happy with everything that I have received so far and checked I didn't have any issues since having the aligners fitted. I'm currently on week 6 and already beyond happy with the improvement. Very excited to see the finishing results

Unfortunately I am on my third box of retainers as my teeth have not been fixed. My course was supposed to be 11 weeks….Im now over 20 weeks! The communication of the company is also poor and they don’t regularly check in. I think they hook you in well.

I was really surpriced. Weird payment steps. First webshop that refused my order. I won’t come back.

SCAM I have paid but didn't received the code and the support didn't answer

After 5.29 update, website is very lagging.
My customer buy twlight pass only got 252 diamonds, buy starlight only got 279 diamonds.
