So helpful, really speedy, excellent communication

I am very happy so far. The whole process was done online, so I didn’t need to go to a clinic, and everything turned out well. At the beginning I was a little sceptical myself, but the team was always available on the phone whenever I had questions, so that gave me peace of mind that they weren’t just going to disappear on me.
I am not even halfway through yet, as I still have another 8 months to go, and the results are already great. Only one thing i would perhaps suggest, to get an x ray done before starting the whole process to see if there are any underlying issues might need treatment.

The initial meeting was very informative without being pushy. The price obviously makes the process much more accessible than other options….and up till now everything is going as planned

Caine was absolutely brilliant, so friendly & even though he was super busy he didnt rush me at all, proper proffessional 👌🏻 he talked me through the treatment & payment plans & i felt reassured that i am in safe hands. Service has been tremendous from start to finish. Even after my treatment finished they were still very useful and helped me through the after care journey. I just want to write a review on my initial interaction with smile provide. I had my consultation with Gary and I just thought he had brilliant customer Service skills he answered all my questions in detail. He was fab! And the reason I signed up today.
Also smile provide was the only company I’ve been in Contact with to actually respond to me. So so far so good! Excited to start my journey to straighter teeth.

I made the decision this week to begin my teeth alignment journey, on Wednesday and now, just a couple of days later, I’ve already received my impression kit and returned it via the post. I also had a call with Katie, who guided me through the process step by step to ensure I took accurate impressions.

My initial interaction was with Gary, who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail. Since then, I’ve been liaising with Katie and the wider team regarding my upcoming 3D scans, which I’m expecting to receive this week.

So far, the entire process has been seamless and easy, and I genuinely feel like I’ve made the right decision choosing Smile Provider. I’m really looking forward to the next few months and achieving my end goal of straighter, whiter teeth.

After wanting braces for months and researching different companies and either being bombarded by follow ups, or them not turning up to scheduled call times, I finally discovered Smile Provide. From first contact I knew they were different. I had a video consultation with Gary, he put me at ease straight away, absolutely no sales pitch, just solid advice and an explanation of the process. No pressure whatsoever. He patiently answered my questions and when I didn’t sign up straight away ( only due to being nervous about the cost) he offered another call to put my mind at rest. He even took a call on his day off!! Thanks Gary 😁 I have signed up today and cannot wait to get started.

I have just purchased this so can’t comment yet on how well it works but my experience so far with Smile Provide (and in particular Gary) has been exceptional. No hard sell at all and amazingly responsive to queries I had. I can’t wait to get the aligners and get started! Will update with what I am confident will be great results! Thanks Gary and team

I was to, put it lightly, a little apprehensive about trying Smile Provide after using a different company that I had a terrible experience with. However after a chat with Mark I received my mould impressions very quickly and had an online appointment with Kate to do the impressions together. It was so easy and within 10 days I had all of my aligners. I am now on aligner 4 of 10 and my teeth are moving perfectly! I have had no discomfort as the aligners are very well made. No sharp edges or over tightness. I have recently reached out to Smile Provide for some advice and have had the most impressive customer service from them. I am really happy I made the decision to try Smile Provide. Thank you

Just signed up and what a great experience - no unnecessarily lengthy call, no trying to sell anything that isn’t right for you and just an all round lovely experience. Really trusted Gary’s judgement and the absolute legend chucked in some free whitening :D can’t wait to get started!

I have recently signed up to smile and the service has been incredible from the beginning, from my initial enquiry to receiving my 3D scans now currently awaiting my retainers but the customer service has been exceptional
