Stay away. This company is full of scammers. Not only did they not returm the money i gave i agree with earlier posters abd the good reviews posted here are probably made by the scammers themselves. I contactsd them for one of their broken services and wasted two hours in telegram with their support team avout it. they actually attempted to have me enter my wallet’s recovery phrase into one of them websites while acting like it was so it could help then fix their tech issues. Thats something im too smart to let gappen though. Luckily i went small at first woth them since ive never used them and i ended up losing like 7 bucks.

Whatever urinal they work out of in the world needs to be put oout of business.

After using it my SOL got stolen in my solflare portfolio

I have made a transfer of 7.5 Sui to open Tokens but somehow it didnt complete the transaction.
I contacted the support via Discord and my problem was resolved within 24 hours and i was refunded my 7.5 SUI.

Im rating 5 stars due to the way my claim has been handled. They have been professional, prompt & courteous throughout my claim period.

Every time I used it everything worked amazing, I have looked and for others at least for volume but smithi is cheaper from all the others! And you have a team that answers everything, I would recommend using it!

I've recently launched a project. The add LP option didn't work but fees were substracted. Their volume bots don't work after financing them with your own assets. The support team doesn't respond to tickets. Their chat are full of scammers which are not banned and make false tickets for wallet proof in order to substract your assets. Very bad Smithii, very bad !

they offer a variety of tools to aide with token launches, and i have been able to get some use out of a volume bot.
the tools need to be regularly updated to keep them compatible with marketplaces who are always reworking their own scripts, and this poses a problem with the tools often not functioning when you attempt to use them. If you report the issue, the team will work on fixing the issue and if a refund is deserved, they will issue it upon request. they aren’t scamming customers. i have received 5 SOL refunds on 2 occasions.
My only complaint is in regards to the promptness of the refund process. both times in which i have requested refunds, i had to wait for several days to receive them.
