Excellent customer service.

The package got lost in transit (thanks APC). Once I realised there was a problem I contacted Smoke Lounge and they resolved things. They were polite and helpful and the package was resent and arrived this morning.(11/12/23)

Great service

I’ve made a few purchases from The Smoke Lounge before and have been happy with the service I received.
This time I was missing an item that I had ordered but this was rectified promptly with ease.
I will continue to use this shop for all my smoking needs.

I liked how easy it was to use the website and the payment system. The only thing to improve is i don't understand why I was also getting emails saying I still had something in my basket. I had some brief concerns that my order had not gone through. When I later got an email confirming my order I was able to relax and ignore other emails.
