Please beware...STAY CLEAR AT ALL COST.....
I had paid via bank deposit as informed on their website for items on the 8th April. Received notification from Australia Post "waiting for details" given an order number and now no communication, no delivery, no nothing absolutely nothing..

Contacted several times only to receive a text reply with attitude from them via What's App. they have now blocked me.

Now they have stopped communicating with me
Now have blocked me on What's app...
No way in contacting them at all...
Emails do not work as it comes back "fail to deliver"
Mobile number rings out on What's App..

All I want is my refund but nothing..
So I can kiss my 150 goodbye

These guys started off pretty reliable but now nothing absolutely nothing..

Have reported that they have withheld my monies -Fraud...via bank..

Just be careful as they turn on you when they feel like it, no product but keep your money

Whats gone wrong with the card service not excepting payments. Not happy doing bank transfers to account with no name.

Im very happy with your products both RYO and palmers menthol tubes. You did have another menthol tube product but has been unavailable for some time.

I placed an order on 15 January last, sent on 16 January and was order number 6453.

I have sent numerous emails to the company without any success.

I cannot understand why they have such poor customer service and have not contacted me or refunded the $100 or replaced the order.

If i had paid with paypal im sure this problem would have been rectified.
