Ordered.
Did not receive any further communication for a few days so I reached out about my order.
Replied with we are looking in our back room to see if we have any left.
None left so offered something else but I just wanted a refund.
Took a few days for refund to show in my account.
I understand things happen but this was just a waste of everyone’s time

I love the staff, some more than others, lol. Nothing but good service, smiles, and good conversation. They actually care about you and get to know you, becoming friends. Great staff, my go-to spot for sure.

Im extremely upset with the fact that my order canceled. I was waiting and have lost that much time waiting more.

I was honestly expecting this to show up in 5-7 business days, but literally showed up to my door 2 days after ordering. Quick, efficient, and prices that don’t gouge your wallet like some of these online retailers. Smoketime’s service was S-Tier!

As always over the years, and more recently, I have always relied on the staffs professionalism, knowledge of product, and friendliness! They even recognize me, and call me by name, when I walk in! They will alway give you honest, and helpful information on their products, and that is something you just don't see anymore! Well done everyone! 👍
