What can I say.... We heard about smoosh from a friend who had recommended the company and I was a little wary about buying jewellery online instead of in person. But from start to finish Stephen and the team have proven me wrong and I could ask for any more.

The quality are the rings are fantastic, but unfortunately my ring (groom's) was the wrong size but within a week turn around the team sorted it out.

Thank you very much Smoosh for the amazing service and will be recommending you to everyone. A company with this type of service don't come around very often.

What a fantastic service, not only do they have an extremely large selection for both men & women but the quality and bespoke offerings is superb! Had such a wonderful lady visit us and we had the most enjoyable time with no time pressure at all until we had made our decisions and were totally happy with them. Smooch Rings are true to their word. We purchased our rings back in 2019 ahead of our original wedding date in April 2020. At that time I lost a lot of weight so a few months before the wedding sent my ring back to them for resizing - which they did free of charge. Then lockdown happened, our wedding was postponed, and I had a baby (hello fat fingers!). I needed my ring to be resized again, and the wedding date to be re-engraved due to the date change. This was all done, there were a couple of tooling marks in the rings when we received them back, but Smooch sent a freepost address label and after receiving them back, we are delighted with the results.

We had our consultation with Ash, following a quick chat at a wedding fayre. We were really surprised about how easy the process was and how much of a selection there was. Excellent service and expertise- would highly recommend.

Met ash at a wedding faye, very engaging and easy to talk too, we invited ash into our home this evening and time flew with going through different rings and combinations for our big day! Amazing! Would recommend to any couple looking for or undecided on their rings for the big day.

I can’t rate Smooch highly enough! We bought our wedding rings from them 7 years ago and the rep who came to our home at the time was really helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
When our rings arrived they were exactly what we ordered and made to a really high standard.
A diamond recently fell out of my wedding ring and so I contacted Stephen at Smooch who responded almost immediately with details of how to return it to them so that it could be fixed - it was totally hassle free and i have peace of mind knowing that repairs are covered. I’ve just had it back today and it looks brand new!
I also need some work doing on my engagement ring (not originally from Smooch) and asked Stephen if he could get me a quote. He sent me over a quote really quickly and it is beyond reasonable.
In summary - I think Smooch are fantastic. Having contacted them several times with different queries etc I have found their customer service to be absolutely faultless. I’ve mainly dealt with Stephen but he has always been extremely friendly and helpful and he clearly knows his trade incredibly well. Their work is of a really high standard and I wouldn’t use any other jeweller now to look after my jewellery. If only all companies were run as well as Smooch!

We had our wedding rings from smooch 13years ago, after a consultation with their rep in our home we were able to design them to our specifications. They are of a very high quality and we have received an excellent after care service. Smooch are easy to contact, and respond quickly. We would highly recommend this company.

So far so good. I met Angela Faulkner at Manchester Monestary Wedding Fare Jan 2022 and arranged an appointment for her to visit us at our home to size our rings and to select from a range of his and her wedding rings. She wasn't pushy, I didn't feel pressured. She was sincere and listened to our needs and lifestyle as to what metal type of ring would be appropriate and our price range and she showed us a wide range of rings. What I like mostly about Smooch Rings is that they have a life time gaurantee which means they can be repolished, readjusted etc at no extra cost. We have now ordered our rings and awaiting their arrival. I can't praise Angela enough. I can honestly say if I didn't feel like I wanted to order their rings I wouldn't have felt uncomfortable despite having made the appointment. I felt I could be honest and open with Angela. So far so good ❤️

Bought 2 wedding rings 10 years ago, wear/tear battered and bruised and decided to get them cleaned/polished for our anniversary coming up. Come back brand new, can't even tell they were worn. Scuffs/Scratches/dents are not even noticeable. Honestly blown away by how these have come back. Fully recommend it! Thanks Stephen & the Team.

My husband and I purchased our wedding rings at the end of 2015, ahead of our wedding in 2016.
Since this time (less than 6 years), I have had to contact them for repair three times as the ring becomes completely misshapen and unwearable.

I have contacted Smooch and spoken to Stephen 3 times and continue to be told that it is my fault! I explained I have an office job, wear silver rings on this hand from various other jewellers which are not damaged, and was told that it must be something I am doing such as "changing gears or opening door handles"!! Surely this is something a platinum wedding ring should be able to withstand?

Stephen did kindly agree to repair the ring, however he states that this is "above and beyond" what they should be doing...I wholeheartedly disagree as I believe I have been sold a faulty ring which is not fit for purpose and cannot withstand every day use!

After weeks of trying to resolve this issue with Stephen, sending pictures as requested, taking time to explain and asking for a reasonable request, Stephen continues to tell me that it must be something I am doing wrong (however, has also then said that I have chosen a thin ring which is "less resilient to becoming misshapen" which leads me to question why this ring is being sold if it is easily damaged?) I do not feel that Stephen is taking any accountability for this and therefore I am being left with a ring which is misshapen and now unwearable!

I should add that Stephen did offer for me to purchase another ring at cost price however there is no way I would purchase anything else from this company at risk of being left in the same position. After seeking legal advice, I believe that I have no choice but to now take this to the small claims court.

I am absolutely devastated and am sharing this review as I would hate anyone else to be in this position. I guess we should have done our research better, I can see a few other reviews of a similar theme and can echo the experience others have had.

Save yourself any hassle down the line and look elsewhere!

Ashley came to our property today. We felt very safe and he was so helpful. He showed us loads of rings and we were able to really look and take our time. He lead us through the process with ease and it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Ashley and Smooch as I am feeling so happy and will remember that experience for life.

We had a great experience with Smooch Wedding Rings. They came to our house with so many samples to try on and gave us lots of direction. We didn't really know what we wanted so appreciated the guidance :)
We chose two lovely rings and absolutely love that we can always get them re-plated or resized at any time!

Having never heard of Smooch until attending a wedding fair we were a little dubious about going down this route. Even during the pandemic the service and care was amazing. Yes things took a little longer because of covid and the lockdown but any questions were quickly answered and it was a nervous wait but we couldn't be happier with our rings. Mine was specially designed around my engagement ring so that meant sending it away - even more nerve-wracking! But it came back quickly especially considering everything going on at the time. I kept making slight alterations until I was absolutely happy with it and it turned out beautifully. I'd definitely use again if I wanted a custom piece. My husband's gold band was excellent value against shop prices and we could have had it engraved but opted not too. We got gifts thrown in for our bridesmaids and best man too which was a lovely touch. Thank you to all at Smooch

We met Pauline at a wedding fayre, she was so friendly and her knowledge was second to none.

When the time came for us to buy our rings we knew we would be asking Pauline! She came to our home with so much choice for us to sample, and it was like we had been friends for years! Our cat even didn't want her to leave!

Pauline is an amazing person, fantastic at her job and a credit to Smooch, nothing is too much trouble!

Honestly we cannot thank Pauline and Smooch enough! We recommend their service wherever we can!

I absolutely loved the service from Smooch! They came to my house and worked around me. Smooch will find you the perfect ring to suit a budget of any size! We bought our wedding rings at the start of the Covid pandemic (March 2020) I’d sent my engagement ring to them to allow a mould to be created so my wedding ring fitted perfectly around it. Honestly, this company couldn’t do enough, they kept in regular contact and the service was exceptional even during a pandemic! I can not recommend them enough! Our friends are getting married in 2022 and we recommend smooch, our friends booked an appointment and bought there rings the same day, like I say brilliant company!

The lovely rep came to our home and let us just go though every single ring we wanted to with ease and no pressure she helped us make the right decision and gave us all the information we needed. We were left really happy with our decision.
