Well what can I say Smooth Law stuck with me all the way after the FSCS said I had no claim and eventually after almost 18 months got me a payout of compensation. Would have gotten nothing if I had done this on my own. Well done David Smith I have some pension back.

SCL was recommended through a group of investors that had lost a massive amount of money. My investment was relatively small, but huge to me. SCL made a claim on my behalf, firstly to the Financial Ombudsman - which was unsuccessful - then to the FSCS which has resulted in me receiving compensation. It's been a long journey of three years but well worth the wait. I would not have had the understanding or patience to pursue the claim and I am extremely grateful to SCL, especially David, for an efficient service and keeping me informed throughout the process.
