Smooth and Soothe handmakes bath and body skincare products that help keep your skin feeling smooth and more moisturized. My products are made in small batches using quality natural ingredients; featuring skin-loving hemp seed oil. Locally sourced goat milk helps create my creamy-lather goat milk soaps. I created Smooth and Soothe because I suffered from extremely dry, cracked, irritated skin. Once I stopped using commercially made soaps and started using my own handmade soaps, my skin was softer and more moisturized than I had ever known. I was amazed and was convinced that I had to let everyone know that great feeling skin is possible!

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. Teh worst of the worst. Do not order from this sham of a company. I have 2 orders which were never recieved. Then they send the obligaory email ''oh we do not have your order details !! I sent all my details regarding the orders and then suddenly no response. I mean a 3.3 score on trust pilot says its all. All these people cant be wrong. Keep your hard earned money these people have no conscience and they are out to scam,. Don't be a scam victim like me. Look elsewhere for businesses that actually value the customer. Put these idiots out of business.

Scam
Scam - Ordered on 2nd May told it would be here in 3 working days. Continuous emails and no reply back from them. Their email then suddenly is disconnected and by emails were sent straight back to me.
I asked for a refund. No response. Only when I disputed it with my bank did they suddenly reply and send a refund.
Do not use

I first received an email from you on May 16 which I responded to immediately upon receipt. (See below for those emails) Also, you indicated that you bought serums. I do not sell serums.

I have never received any order, payment, or previous emails (prior to May 16th) from you until now. Iâm truly sorry that youâve had to go through this experienceâit must be incredibly frustrating.
Please consider contacting your bank as soon as possible to report the issue and request both a refund and any details about where the payment was sent.
As a very small business owner, itâs heartbreaking to know someone may be using my name in this way. I truly appreciate your understanding and hope this gets resolved quickly for you.

There was a misleading ad on IG, they conned me into ordering 3 bottles. I ordered on 1/22/2025. They emailed me that they delivered it, but no delivery was received. 2 emails and a phone call to a nonworking "customer service" number with a VM that says the machine is full and not taking any more messages. Total scam, no response from them and I have a credit card statement with the charge on it-so don't reply that you have no record of receiving my payment. I am now forced to go to my credit card company and dispute the charges. Horrible experience, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Over a month waiting on my order
Ordered the start of December. Emailed twice about my order. No response. Waiting over a month now. Not impressed!! When I click into view my order the website now doesn't exist. Pretty sure it's just a scam page.
