Best fluff pots ever!!!
I purchased the lemon fluff pot as I am a keen lemon desert fan. I have to say it was the best I have ever tried. The lemon goes so well with the fluff. I will definitely be buying again along with a few others delights.

Great hand made products. The quality of the chocolate is super and the different flavours are great. The marshmallows are fluffy and have so many amazing flavours.

The absolute BEST chocolate and marshmallows. The taste and texture of these products are beautiful, I love the big fluffy bar and the lotus biscoff fluff pot best. If you haven’t tried, you absolutely need to!

Honestly unbelievable!! No other chocolate tastes good to me since trying smorelicious. The caramel is my absolute fave! Arrives quickly and well packaged too 10/10

Luxury items for gifting and also special treats for all the family to enjoy. We still enjoy the traditional s'mores but now love the marshmallow fluff and the dubai chocolate bars are so addictive too👌 😋 Great to support local handmade products, all packaged individually.

Exquisite goodies, the most beautifully rich chocolate that actually tastes like chocolate! And the fluff- wow! So creamy and luxurious. There’s a reason I repeatedly buy from Laura, the quality is exceptional and I’m never disappointed.

I had bought 3 bars to put in a gift basket as a friend of mine kept saying how she would love to try them,

Unfortunately 2/3 came broken. I submitted a query on the website about the broken bars and received no response, I then found an email address to contact and yet still no reply.

I waited a while before reviewing In case they had an influx over Easter but I still haven’t received a response.

This meant my only options was to gift the broken bars. Unfortunately they didn’t look great and did look like I had bought the cheaper broken bars which I didn’t.

However my friend assured me they were delicious all the same.

2 star simply for the lack of communication

Have received a response to my review stating they have no record of me contacting, can see they have said this to others too I can show you screenshots and forward emails if you like? - only way I could respond is updating the review

Further edit I have forwarded you the email I sent originally (not to mention I also never got a response to contacting you on your online form) and you have suggested I may have typed in the incorrect address which is absurd given I forwarded it to the exact same email address and you received that one.

I won’t continue this further as you’ve essentially said sometimes food items get damaged in transit and nothing can be done

However given that I’m not the only person saying they have contacted you and you have responded saying you can’t find correspondence or never had correspondence maybe you should look into the systems you use, this can’t be a pure coincidence or all of us banding together with a big April fools saying we are contacting you and we aren’t.

Honestly the nicest chocolate ive had In Years... I loved how my bar broke.. it felt very indulgent... not really possible to just have one square which I loved... deffo not something I want to share. Love it... deffo recommend trying it, if you are sick of all the artifical crap in chocolate these days 😀

Absolutely fantastic chocolate would not eat any other chocolate they are just professional made it is definitely 💯 I just keep going back and ordering more it is that good I have never had any issues with my orders 💯 all round

Absolutely delicious products and amazing customer service!

I ordered from you and received the wrong order, I emailed you and got a fairly unfriendly reply, you asked me to forward some pictures of what I received but never received an apology on that reply for your mistake. This reply took 11 business days. I sent the pictures of the wrong order you sent me, didn’t get a reply, I then had to send another email and you then did apologise after you’d seen the proof of your mistake. I wasn’t looking to return them as i had opened one of the items so that was fine, I actually thought I’d clicked the wrong order until I checked my receipt but I didn’t. . As my order was more expensive and you’d sent me a less expensive items you said I’d receive a refund for the difference.
Ive yet to receive my refund and I really don’t want to send another email, I felt like I was bothering you so I’m not sending anymore emails.

There’s no good will here, your only saying your sending my refund because I’ve written this review
Not everyone is trying to pull a fast one on you, all i wanted was what I ordered order and some decency.
Simple as that.

Never heard of a refund taking 30 days, well that’s a new one lol.

Strange it didn’t take 30 days only took 2, I received my refund yesterday May 7th finally.
I’ll stick to sugar plum sweetery in future.
