They recently sold me a single service phone number that already is in use for that service. I contacted them for a replace/refund, unfortunately they're ignoring all my messages. Generally very bad service, probably a whole scam!

I had issues when trying to fund my account through Perfect money. I got debited on my perfect money account but it didn’t reflect on my dashboard. I really got worried and wrote to support and the support agent named Hinonnie was so calm and patient with me even when I got confused on what to do and when I followed instructions I got credited before 6 minutes. I made an overpayment, the system did not credit me the overpayment, so I reached out to the support and It get sorted out within 10mins.

On contacting support, which was ultra fast and clear in their response (garnering 2 stars over just 1), they reported Japan was not available.

Unsure of the business model and how this method converts to anything but bad reviews. It's certainly never going to acquire a paying customer.

I recharge my balance with $15 and didn't get the money in my balance.

It says 100 country but only 3 countries are available. Also, I did not try those 3 and do not know if they work or not

I bought a number to get some SMS and it worked like a charm. The monthly price is really cheap: about 10/12 USD. I have had an issue with the number that I bought, related to WhatsApp not to the number in itself. After contacting the support team, in less than five minutes they released a new number for me at no cost, without any problem and without posing any question. Es un SCAM total porque si intentas retirar los fondos aparece un mensaje de que tienen problemas tecnicos.

I have not entered my phone number smscode give me for WhatsApp to get the confirmation code but I received 1 confirmation code from WhatsApp and was charged for it.
I contacted support but no one answered me to solve the problem. And this is not the first time.
This is a damn service and I think there are people like me but they don't do as I do to warn others not to be their victims.refund me

They Canceled My Number , i already have money on my balance they didnt take that as consideration and they canceled it without a reason , also the support is not working , there is no way to contact the support , im really fraustrated
