I rented a uk phone number they are yet to set it up the live chat doesn’t respond to queries problem fixed

The service is running from time to time, but they definitely need a tracker for which countries are currently online or offline. It's not clear at all when countries are working or not and burning money all the time on none working countries.

I made an account and loaded some money on my created account after I saw that the rating wasnt that bad after all. Bad decision in looking back. The service to get an sms does not work. And they dont have numbers for all countries they claim to cover.

Of course this is only visible after loading some money on their platform. Sadly a scam which seemed real at first. They have put a lot of work to make this look real! DO NOT IGNORE IT! *25% are 1 stars*

Its not possible to work just for 75% these are probably fake

I signed up on their website only because I saw that I can get SMS using a UAE number. After I added credit and charged my account nothing was working after trying for more than an hour, it seems like a scam website and I lost my money!

Bought few numbers from them and I can't receive sms on half of them. Because of that I have lost access to emails and users created on different websites. Also, there is no chat where I can contact someone to solve the problem.
I DO NOT recommend this service as there is no guarantee you can contact them or that the numbers work as they should.

I am happy I joined this website. A friend referred me to smscodes. I quickly received my SMS to a UK number given to me. I then paid for the number but was given another.
After I had a chat with a customer rep, he gave me the same number I wanted. Thanks alot.

Just wanted to leave a quick review for this.
I've used this service twice, once back in 12-21-2019 for InboxPounds and the second time 10-05-2022 for OpenAI Dalle-2 authentication.

First time I used it no problems, everything went smoothly. Second time I used it, I ran into a problem where I got a bogus message and got charged for the given number even though I didn't input the number into the website yet. I was initially worried I would be fraudulently charged. I reached out to support, after a little back and forth, they corrected the situation and I got refunded the credit.

It's a good service, I used smscodes because they have competitive rates and also more important they accept Bitcoin Cash and Dash as payment.

Now I can't speak for the others that have had bad experience but smscode support did do right for me so I'm giving them credit where it's due.
