Easy and reliable.
I've been using SMSGlobal for about 5-6 years now on and off and only for our home office. It's easy, quick, reliable and inexpensive.
I'm one of those that just don't like typing long messages on my phone or tablet so I use SMS from my PC to send long messages.
I still haven't worked out how to send attachments successfully. The ones I send never get delivered but that is not a real issue with me.
A great reminder service when credit is running low.

The Custom Word function can be issued as a sender ID in the process of you sending your SMS or MMS from our MXT platform.
In some countries, custom word sender ID's are tightly monitored - particularly from overseas origins.

Payment Issue
Made a payment via Paypal which was successful, my Credit Card was debited, but I had to follow-up multiple times with SMSGlobal to get this payment actually credited to my account. This stuff should just work. This is not the first time I've had this problem with a Paypal payment not being credited to the account automatically, requiring me to follow-up at least a couple of times after each problem.

SMSGlobal experience
Normally great. Some problems with message to Vodafone not getting through. This maybe a Vodafone problem, not SMSGlobal.
No longer doing specials. The various plans are useless. Wish they would offer something more useful.

Best Marketing Tool
We have used SMSGlobal for a number of years now and have been very happy with the system. Mainly used to inform current clients of promotions/sales, and also remind customers to collected completed work. It never fails to promote sales, ans our clients are positive to the service.

Interface
The interface to send SMS is not user friendly.
It would be very beneficial if it was possible to paste a list of mobile phone directly from a spreadsheet instead of going through numerous steps.

reporting is flaky at best
the ability to extract reports is below average and never seems to work correctly

Reports can be extracted with records up to 3 months. If you require reports extracted for 3 months or more, send us in an email and we can supply you with the reports you need.
