TWO BASIC PROBLEMS with this company with online purchasing.

***This is a bogus company, but entails an elaborate fraud. Everything about it is probably bogus, including the products.
TWO BASIC PROBLEMS with this company.
*When you place an order with this company it asks you to tip its employees at the ‘checkout’. Have you ever heard of tipping the employees of the company you’re purchasing from online? Why don’t they pay their employees decent wages? And why would you tip before service, anyway, unless you’re stupid?
*As to the service: When I pay US$21.47 to ship 2 x little bottles of capsules from the USA to New Zealand by what they describe as "First Class Package International", then I don't expect the parcel to go via Australia, which is 1000 miles beyond New Zealand. The package then apparently 'loitered' in Australia for about four days before proceeding on its journey - the original tracking number was no longer applicable, either.
*What kind of service is this? 'Mickey Mouse' & lousy, that's what kind of service it is!
