I received a confirmation email that my order had been delivered to my chosen pickup location. I went to the location the next day to get it. The store attendant told me that not only did they not have my order, but they also did not receive a confirmation email about it as they normally do. Eventually they called your team who confirmed that my order was delivered to Cape Town — I live in Johannesburg and chose a pickup location here. I’m in the market for a plant-based protein shake and, needless to say, this was a disappointing first experience with Smul. Let’s hope the shake itself is good.

I'm happy with the products I bought and happy with discount I got from the company. This was for both, my wife and myself. We have both started with a new healthy journey. My experience was amazing.

Most protein shakes taste really artificial and leave you with reflux. This product, my stomach tolerated tastes good and leaves me feeling satiated.

The muesli is good, not a fan of the protein powder (latte) and also not the protein bar.

Amazing products with great service. Such a benefit to have a whole range of convenient products that I can trust. No added sugar or sweeteners. Also genuine natural flavours. Very few brands do that. The attention to detail is superb. Loving smul!

Delicious products!

So far, I’ve tried the chocolate, strawberry, and café latte protein powders, and WOW, all 3 were delicious. Chef’s kiss! Can’t wait to try the rest, but these are already winners in my book! No weird taste. Just smooth and so yummy.

I was impressed with the professional packaging of the product—it really gives off high-quality vibes. The cherry almond protein bars were delicious, and I loved the flavor. However, I found the blueberry protein bars were lacking in blueberry taste; it wasn’t as intense as I had hoped. As for the lentils and chilli corn carn meals, I had some issues with bloating and gas after consuming them, which was a bit uncomfortable for me.
Would still recommend trying the protein bars, especially the cherry almond ones!
