Worst company ever #smytten is a…
Worst company ever #smytten is a complete fraud company. They grab ur attention through these trials and get payments then later they scam you. I ordered my first order from smytten on 9th oct and i thought it must be trusted but no they literally didn’t send me my order since then and making stories and update your tracking with some lame reasons… i mean its Unbelievable. How can they do this with us. They literally delete comments from insta and take money and don’t even refund. They reply you just for the sake and also then when I commented on their post. There are so many innocent ppl like us who are the victims of this fraud company. They have such poor customer care services. I mean there’s no such service only. I seriously want ppl not to trust them ever. And i want my refund back. Stop playing with us and our patience. I want my problems to be resolved asap.

Highly unprofessional and the worst customer care in the world. Social media team is so busy on to deleting genuine user comments that they do not even care about loosing the customer. If you are ready to loose your money and never receive the package then go and buy from them
