Flavor packets seemed very old and very hard to dissolve in the broth. Almost dry hard to the point where I had to crush them up by hand before I put them into the broth. I love Mike’s Ramen, but those tasted a bit off. They were subpar, A quality product didn’t seem like it was a priority.

2 bottles received were broken. I emailed company but no response.

I received 6lbs of peppermints and they taste like gasoline! I had 3 other people try and they all spit it out and said it tasted like gasoline. Amazon won't take food back. Could these cause health issues?

I was able to purchase the snacks that my bar patrons requested. The price was reasonable, delivery was quick and the order was exact.

I received 2 boxes of damaged unusable boxes of Malt-O-Meal cereal and your company won’t respond to my e-mails and phone calls.

I purchased from this company many times previously because they were sending items on time. Not sure what happened last time, they took longer to send my items and worse yet, the items were expired 3 months back. I had to call few times and send email several times before they responded. They asked me for picture of the item with expiration date. I did so, and now they asked me to send the item back to them. I’m definitely sending the items back for my refund, but I would think again before ordering next time.

This was a replacement order for one that got screwed up. You guys did a fantastic job of getting it to us promptly. Thank you very much.

I ordered Cretors cheese popcorn, and I should have known there would have been a problem. All the other flavors were out except this one. My wife has been looking for this flavor so I ordered the rest of what they had which was nine bags. Received the product, she opened it, took a couple bites, and it was stale. I'm assuming all of them are stale since there's no expiration date on the bag. Called the company to tell them I wanted a refund and nobody ever called me back. Also sent an email and still haven't heard anything. Next step is to contact PayPal and tell them that there's a dispute and the company is ignoring me. Terrible customer service and company, will never do business with them again. Warning... beware!!!
