Ripped the first day I got them.

I was looking forward to these as lots of places online recommend them as very sturdy tights. Unfortunately mine ripped in the middle after only one day of use. Apparently snag now uses cheaper suppliers so it isn't what it used to be. They are also very tight at the waist, I have no idea how they are plus size friendly they seem to run very small. They also smell very strange

Nice tights, really comfy and stretchy, as advertised. I might buy more from them.
Produced in Africa, which is fine, at last someone is investing in the forgotten continent. By the looks of things, the company is ethical and quite sustainable. I'm happy to buy their products.

I love these tights so much I will never buy any other types of tights again. Being tall and having rather large legs has always meant that I lose circulation in my toes or I inevitably have a hole in the big toe by the first wear. Instead I can now wear so many of my dresses again as I finally feel super comfortable in my tights, thanks to their sizing system. They don't use plastic everything is sent wrapped in paper so it's very eco friendly and they've so many lovely designs to choose from. I've also purchased the chub rub shorts and they are a godsend in the summertime. Very tempted to try some of their actual clothes as I have been blown away with their quality!

Étant petite et ronde (157cm, 100kg), c'est la croix et la bannière pour trouver collants à la taille de mon fessier. J'ai donc décidé de passer par Snag, taille Short F, en Curvilitious.
Et maintenant, je ne peux que recommander ! Les collants sont biens emballé, dans du beau papier de soie coloré. Concernant la qualité, rien à redire, ils sont costauds ! J'aime particulièrement le rajout de tissu au niveau de l'entrejambe pour le mouvement.
Maintenant concernant le prix. On tourne autour des 15€ pour une paire de collants. Au vu de la qualité du produit, c'est plus que raisonnable.
Donc si vous êtes comme moi, foncez ! Vous trouverez pas mieux !

De panty’s en shorts zijn fantastisch! Voor de kwaliteit moet je het zeker doen! Maar de verzending is verschrikkelijk. Ik heb op 3 december besteld en pas op 18 december werd het pas verstuurd door hen. Op 30 december kreeg ik een uitnodiging om douanekosten te betalen wat onterecht is. Goede communicatie vanuit de klantendienst via mail maar helaas geen oplossing. Ik heb mijn bestelling betaald maar helaas GEEN producten ontvangen! Vroeger nooit problemen gehad maar als ik recensies lees, is het een veel voorkomend probleem de laatste tijd. Jammer! Want dat zorgt er voor dat ik niet meer zal bestellen bij snag.

Placed order Jan 12 but have not received it. Messaged snag, but even though I had a reply a few days later , when I responded to that message 10 min later , it took two days for a reply . I have now had five emails from 3 different people and still no resolution regarding my order . Have been offered a replacement or refund and am still awaiting confirmation what they are doing . No way to contact other than one email . Very poor customer service ! Surely if a case is opened it should be dealt by that same person for continuity.

Are their tights a scam? Both pairs I bought got holes within hours whilst doing everyday activities that my other brand tights never had issues with. One pair immediately in the bin, another had to be repaired with a needle and thread. What’s worse, I complained to their contact email address, got a message back about a ‘lost delivery’ rather than a response to my quality issue and haven’t heard back from them. Hugely frustrated as it’s just money in the bin.

De meeste producten zijn fijn maar ik heb ook twee panty's gehad die de 1e keer dragen al kapot gingen. Ik besloot een review daarover te schrijven op hun pagina. Ik heb mijzelf aangemeld via hun link om hem te verifiëren en vervolgens is die review niet zichtbaar voor anderen. Dat vind ik niet netjes naar andere klanten, het verbergen van reviews die geen 5 sterren zijn, want die horen gewoon te kunnen lezen dat een specifieke panty dezelfde dag stuk was.

Mijn grootste irritatie is dat ik op 8 december 2025 een vraag heb gesteld, op 21 december 2025 dit nogmaals heb gevraagd, en op 4 januari 2026 mij nogmaals per email heb verwonderd over de totale radiostilte. Nu een volledige MAAND later heb ik nog steeds geen antwoord gekregen, 0 reactie, behalve de automatische bevestigingsmail, ook niet in mijn spamfolder. Ik heb voor enkele honderden euro’s uitgegeven bij Snag (en wacht ook nu nog op een bestelling die al weken in Coventry rondhangt) ik heb 3 vriendinnen overtuigd om hier ook flinke bestellingen te plaatsen, en als ik eerlijk ben begin ik daar nu een heel nare bijsmaak van te krijgen!

Comment évaluer les collants que j'ai commandé il y a presque 3 semaines et qui ne sont toujours pas arrivés? Le colis reste en attente de prise en charge depuis le 3 pour être livré en France. Peut-être que cela est dû aux fêtes de fin d'année et à la météo mais je trouve ça beaucoup trop long. Je ne sais pas qui contacter pour avoir des informations

I ordered from the EU site a month ago and still haven’t received my order. A couple of days ago I received a letter from customs stating I have to pay import costs because my package was sent from the UK!
I have reached out to customer service but still no reply.

I love the tights - genuinely no roll down and no pulling up repeatedly throughout the day. At 6ft this is genius! Clothes are good quality and fit is true to size. My only issue is the dispatch. Still waiting on items ordered 4wks ago to be dispatched. I order from them but only when I can wait. If need quickly they're not my go to.

Loveee it!!! The 50den beige tights are perfect for a bare look on the colder days. Just all the high den colored tights I've ordered. I feel like the tights could survive everything and they're also really comfortable and stretchy. Bonus points for the minimum waste packaging! Not a single piece of plastic in sight.

Ik hè 1 december een bestelling geplaatst en heb deze nog steeds niet ontvangen. Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd maar ik krijg hierop ook geen reactie.

Panty's zijn erg fijn.
Vroeger ook al eens besteld, gaan lang mee.
Helaas was ik even vergeten dat Engelang niet meer bij de EU hoort. Ik moest nu inklaringsrechten betalen. Dus 12 euro extra. Werden zo nog duurdere panty's
