The whole process was quick and…
The whole process was quick and efficient. Once I started the online application, I was contacted as scheduled. My questions were answered and the agent who reviewed my application, asked me about my business and had visited my web site, with which I found assuring. Seeing that my business was seasonal and getting an understanding that the slow periods, were temporary however, the bills were not.
At the same time, it was noted that what I requested, was not possible, but there was a doable amount to get me a cushion, which was still very helpful.
After the first conversation, I was referred to a closer, who explained repayment options and what was needed to secure the loan.
The total time involved was about an hour.
Unbelievable!!
I was told that the funds would land in two business days.
I received the funds the next day.
In my many years in business, my experience with the loan process and it's agents, was truly pleasing.
The stress usually associated with loan process, was minimal.
With that, I would like to thank both agents in the process for their professionalism and respect.
