I'm very skeptical about shipping times as some of the other reviewers have indicated extremely long wait times (an insane 2.5 months). Snapsmile's website currently says "We've updated our shipping times to 4 weeks now for all rewards!". As long as I get my reward within the mentioned time frame (going on a big trip in July!), I will update my review to 5 stars! Looking forward to this :)
Update: Aug 7th, 2024. PSA to those who are looking to use snapsmile. This is not a seamless process. I've had to email snapsmile multiple times because of their misleading advertising and failure to meet their delivery dates. I still don't have my reward. The snapsmile website states that their rewards ship in 4 weeks. This is not true and they will tell you that once you pick your reward. I've mentioned this to them 3 months ago (their response was "oh that's not true) and they still haven't changed it.
As for the "12 week shipping window", I was told I'd get it on or before Aug 3rd. It's August 7th and still nothing. First I was told "it was lost" even though I never received any CanadaPost tracking info and they can't provide me with the tracking info either. At this point, I'm not sure if I'm ever going to get it. Just today, they let me know that they haven't shipped it and will not be doing so today. Please see all the screenshots.
Unfortunately, I don't like dealing with shady businesses. This was not a fun experience for me.
