Sounds like you’re getting exactly what it’s designed for. Being able to charge everything at once without carrying a bunch of cables is a bit of a game changer. Even better that it’s become part of your everyday setup.

You’ll definitely get even more out of it when you take it overseas. The interchangeable plugs make travel a lot easier, so you don’t have to think twice about charging in different countries.

Hi Sheryl, really sorry to hear this, I can imagine how frustrating that would be. If something is marked as delivered and you haven’t received it, that’s not a great experience at all.

It also sounds like we didn’t support you properly when you reached out, which isn’t what we aim for.

If you’re able to, please email us at help@snapwireless.com.au with your order or tracking details and we’ll take a proper look into this with Australia Post and get this sorted for you as quickly as we can.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, we completely understand how frustrating this must feel.

We’ve looked into your order and can confirm it was successfully delivered on March 16th, so it doesn’t appear that the parcel has been lost.

Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery conditions and any delays (including weather or disruptions within US postal services) are unfortunately outside of our control.

That said, if you haven’t received the parcel despite the delivery confirmation, please reach out to our support team with your order details and we’ll investigate this further with the courier.

We’re really sorry to hear this has been your experience. That’s definitely not the standard we aim for, and six faulty units is something we’d want to investigate properly.

Our warranty process is designed to be straightforward so we can track issues accurately and resolve them quickly, not to discourage customers from claiming. We replace or resolve confirmed faults, and we certainly don’t profit from faulty products.

Thanks for sharing this. I’m really sorry for how frustrating this experience was, especially dealing with faulty units and a long refund process. That’s not what we want for our customers.

At the time, we were transitioning to a new support system, which led to delays and poor handovers. Since then, we’ve tightened how faults, replacements and refunds are handled so this doesn’t happen again.

I understand your frustration around communication and appreciate you raising it. If there’s anything still unresolved, feel free to reach out directly and I’ll make sure it’s looked after.
