Multiple withdrawal requests have been left in a perpetual “processing” state, and several were cancelled without my authorization. Customer support has failed to provide any lawful justification, concrete timeline, or meaningful resolution. Their responses are vague, repetitive, and appear designed to delay rather than resolve.
I have fully complied with all verification requirements, submitted valid identity documentation, and followed all published terms and conditions. Despite this, SnatchCasino continues to withhold my funds without reasonable cause, which raises serious concerns about bad-faith business practices and potential breaches of consumer protection laws.
This conduct may constitute unfair commercial practices, deceptive behavior, and unjust enrichment, particularly if withdrawals are being intentionally delayed or obstructed to discourage successful players from collecting their winnings.
The prolonged retention of customer funds without transparency or legal justification is unacceptable and suggests a systemic risk to consumers.

Snatch Casino is utter garbage. Their customer service is completely non‑existent — they wouldn’t understand the meaning of the word if you spelled it out for them. Instead of actually helping, they just redirect you straight to the FAQ, even when the issue isn’t addressed there at all.

I had a crypto deposit that never got credited to my wallet. The transaction was fully confirmed on the blockchain, yet over 7 hours later there was still no update, no explanation, and absolutely zero effort from their end to resolve it. It’s clearly their issue, but they refuse to acknowledge anything.

The platform itself is just as bad. The website barely loads, constantly logs you out — even in the middle of playing — and then refuses to load again for 10–15 minutes. The navigation is a mess: illogical, clunky, and thrown together with no thought.

I do not recommend this casino to anyone. Easily the worst online casino out there. Avoid at all costs.
