Don't order from here! They're selling fakes!

Unprofessional and shameless customer service after failing to update tracking information.

If I could I would give 0 stars.

Ordered a pair of sneakers on the 18th of December. I checked where the company was located( The Netherlands), so I was sure this would arrive quick.

This ended up not being where the shoes were shipped from. They were shipped from China.

Tracking link was not updated from the 27th of December until today.

Today(15th of January), almost a month after the delivery date, after numerous emails through their customer service, they tell me the parcel was delivered at a neighbor on the 5th of January without updating any of the tracking links I had available!

They then proceed to give me a tracking link I did not even receive, and updated the original tracking link with 20 intermediate steps.

I have moved since last week and am unable to retrieve the parcel.

Customer service is telling me we are 10 days after the delivery day(how convenient they send me an email today) and cannot issue a refund.

This is absolutely shameless and so unprofessional. Updating information and giving me information the day the refund policy is about to expire is just not done.
