Not recommended at all, awful customer service .Ordered one Swatch Omega watch , didn’t receive the order because was a issue with the delivery address, ten days later requested by email a explanation, received the answer one week later , requesting a refund more than two weeks ago, no response at all .No phone number only a email address to contact them .I would like to mention the order was over £250 and was placed on the end of August , beginning of October and still waiting for the refund.

Placed an order at the start of September for 2 PC ETB’s priced at £250 combined.

Was advised delivery would take up to the 17th of September, but no update as of yet.

I’ve emailed support 3 times since placing my order asking for communication. Haven’t heard anything back.

I appreciate delays in shipping & processing can occur, but communication is key, and at it stands I feel like I’ve just been scammed with no response in over 2 weeks.

SCAM, the item i paid for was never sent. When I contacted them to cancel the order and get a refund they ignored emails and messages via social media. Ended up reporting this as a scam through my bank to retrieve the money.

arrived well packed, delivery was a bit slow had to wait nearly 2 weeks!! but worth the wait once it was despatched arrive within 24 hours.

I ordered my son trainers I don't usually buy of line. But I was very Impressed any queries I had they emailed me bck straight away. What I orded was exactly what we wanted. They delivered on time. Would definitely use them again.
