Delivery took ages and I'd to email asking when Id receive as communication poor.
I ordered medium bed as my dog is small (so a size up) but it was too small!
I asked if I could return it and buy the bigger bed but was told no, as it was my fault for not checking size. So no flexibility whatsoever. Wouldn't deal with this company again. I wasn't aware it was in China.

Pas na bestelling plaatsen bleek product uit China moeten komen. Bestelling überhaupt nooit ontvangen. Na een eerste respons dat bezorger adres niet had kunnen vinden na herhaaldelijke mails geen verdere reactie meer gekregen. Geld teruggevraagd maar wacht na 2 maanden nog immer op antwoord.

Very poor quality, shipped directly from China. All plastic so for big stronger dog breeds, it is useless. When I wanted to return the items, they did not want to refund! But according to EU legislation they are obliged. Thanks for Paypal for stepping in so I got my money back.

Bestelling komt uit China.
Handelen niet volgens de Europese richtlijnen. Product teruggezonden met Track en Tracenummer. Uiteindelijk na het inschakelen van een ombudsdienst geld terug gekregen.

My order arrived of the unbreakable zig zag toy... my dog had chewed through it in less then 5 minutes!
I've emailed them twice and have had no response, I'm not impressed at all.

Bestelling gedaan en betaald. Opgestuurd gekregen maar voldeed niet, 3x mail gestuurd om retourinformatie en retourgegevens.
Geen enkele reactie. Kortom geld kwijt. Weer een fake shipdropping site met wsl fake adres Nederland.
Leest u dit even voordat u besteld.

Ruim een maand geleden besteld. Niets ontvangen en géén reacties op herhaalde mails en berichten via Instagram. Komt blijkbaar uit China, dus dropshipping, echter dat het product van buiten Europa komt staat nergens vermeld tijdens het bestellen. Voor ons weggegooid geld ben ik bang, hopelijk voorkomt deze review dat anderen hier ook in trappen.

Deze week is het harnasje voor mijn hond Zola toegekomen en ik ben ontzettend blij! Het ziet er niet alleen prachtig uit (precies zoals op de foto), maar het is ook heel comfortabel en makkelijk aan te doen. Mijn hond kon voordien geen harnas verdragen, maar dit harnas lijkt perfect te passen – en ze reageert er helemaal niet op.

Daarnaast waardeer ik enorm dat een deel van de winst naar kansarme en zieke straathonden gaat. Dat maakt de aankoop voor mij extra bijzonder. 🥹

Ik heb 8 dagen geleden besteld en volgens de track en trace is mijn bestelling nog niet eens vertrokken vanuit China. Dus ben benieuwd of ik mijn bestelling in de komende maand nog een keer ga ontvangen. Als ik wist dat het zo ontzettend lang zou duren voordat het uit China hier was had ik wel ergens anders besteld. Van een Nederlandse webshop met goede reviews had ik beter verwacht.

Wegens het verkeerd opmeten waarbij ik niet genoeg rekening hield met haar flinke vacht werd hier heel goed op gereageerd en zal er een grotere maat worden opgestuurd!

Great products, live up to their promise, and excellent and very personal customer service. One of the pieces of the delivery was missing, they reacted directly, apologized and made a second delivery on the spot!
