I've been a user of Snov.io for awhile and everything is great from usability to customer support!

No matter who you get on the tech support team, they are all very helpful and prompt.

Conheci a Snovio por meio de uma empresa onde trabalhei anteriormente. Na época, o Heros realizou toda a implementação e, após cerca de um ano de uso, tivemos uma nova reunião para identificar alguns pontos de melhoria relacionados à taxa de retorno das empresas.

O atendimento foi excelente: todas as dúvidas foram esclarecidas com muita clareza e ainda recebemos dicas práticas de como otimizar os resultados.

Ao mudar de empresa, não pensei duas vezes antes de indicar novamente a contratação do trabalho de vocês. O Heros transmite muita calma e segurança no que diz e, mesmo quando surgem termos mais técnicos (já que não dominamos todos) ele explica tudo de forma acessível e sem qualquer tipo de julgamento. Isso faz toda a diferença.

Gostaria também de destacar o Wesley, que realizou um excelente primeiro atendimento.

I love the support this marketing platform brings - I am a young business admin running marketing campaigns for a small business, and I have had the best and easiest time setting up my flows, I feel like a pro.
