Ordered Tulip Glass Cube.
Initially tried to cancel as it was in USD not AUD and hidden well unless you read fine print.
Cancel and Return Policy followed and they replied with "Just wait till you receive it".
Haven't received it even though says it was delivered.
STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!
Still trying to sort it out and it's now April (purchased in Jan)

I ordered a snow/ice scraper & it took at least 2 months to come in. I wrote them 2-3 emails, no response, just some automated response that tells you nothing. Then when it finally arrived it was ridiculous.... Made from incredibly cheap plastic ...and it's clear who ever made it has never seen winter. No way it will work on a windshield or on ice/snow. It's absolutely useless and I don't see the product on the website at all anymore so there seems to be no way to return it. Do not buy anything from this website.

I ordered an item on Dec. 5 - the cost was $14.59. It arrived Jan. 8 completely broken and unusable having been poorly wrapped for shipping. I submitted a request for a refund following the instructions on their website. They keep trying to get me to accept a replacement. The item is made of brittle plastic, was not shipped properly and I have indicated I was a refund 4 times. They recently offered me $2. Terrible customer service.

I was mischarged for an item. They charged me $3.58 "sales tax" on a $14.31 item. I contacted this website and they said they would correct the mischarge, but they never did. Meanwhile, I tried disputing this in Paypal but Paypal denied my dispute! so buyer beware!! you may think you are paying a certain amount for one of this company's items, but then when you get your charge card statement, you find that your bill has been padded to take more of your money.

You don’t have to pay a high price for the “originals”. These are cuter and far more comfortable.

I bought four of these for undershirts due to my job. I go in and out of walk-in freezers regularly and bundling up for 2-3 minutes is a hassle when all you really need is a thin cover of your skin.

SCAM ALERT THERE IS NO SUCH THING...They only send out green felt, go to craft shop and buy at less than 80% off

They forgot to include my apartment number on the shipping label. I did include it on my order. Never received the package. They have not made it right by replacing my order. Said I need to file a complaint with the post office but the package was not insured.

STAY AWAY

Do not deal with this company. The product that they offered was a roll of green felt.
It's just a scam and PayPal were as helpful as a chocolate oven.

Totally wrong size sent. Wouldn’t accept a return. I had proof of what I ordered. Gave me the runaround

I live in So. California where we always have some kin d of sunlight. I put this "felt" type of stuff on the ground and watered it twice a day for over a month. Nothing happened. I've emailed them and all they keep saying is they're sorry it didn't work, and they would let their "development" people know about my complaint. They will not issue a refund. Total SCAM!
