Hi,

I’d like to raise a concern regarding your 15% subscription discount advertised on the main page.

I spent several days comparing different grills and offers before finally deciding to purchase from your store. The 15% discount for subscribing was an important factor in my decision.

However, the issue is that at no point during the subscription process is there any clear information stating that the 15% discount does not apply to certain products. The messaging suggests that the discount is valid for new customers and for the first order, which applies to me—I am a new customer and this would be my first purchase.

Only later does it turn out that the discount cannot be used on the product I intended to buy. This is misleading and results in a waste of customers’ time.

I believe this lack of transparency should be addressed, as it creates confusion and false expectations.

Snow peak (ue). Ho acquistato una giacca invernale sul sito ufficiale (spediscono dall’Europa), è arrivato in perfette condizioni e in poco tempo, la qualità sembra ottima.

Ordered a couple of Titanium cups. Its nicely polished, feels a lot more smoother than the one I got from amazon. Snow Peak has some interesting unique items.

Looks like a fake. Have ordered one week ago, and nothing

Ordered from them in April. Got a tracking nr, that followed a shipment during 2 months and 29 steps from Japan to Belgium, through customs, to my village (hurray!), to get then an unexplicable "Addressee unknown". Very hard to get a reaction over mail (they deal anonymously and slow through plexusservice.com and never in reply to a previous message), where they first promise me a gift to compensate for the delay, but then answer that the "courier is lost", and that they want me to be patient (!) until they refund the money. Ofcourse the item I need is no longer available at the price I paid - and I don't have another two months to wait ... .
