complete garbage, wont send invitation or 2fa emails, cant even log in, why do REAs insist on using snug

Great for agents but terrible for applicants. The whole system is not built with the end user in mind, the hassle to go through all the steps with the amount of coordination required from all party is ridiculous. As a student applicant, you literally need your university to approve every application; how realistic is that? Why would be even be necessary?

In short, this platform allows lazy real estates agent to leverages off the applicants need for rentals through its ridiculous ask and needs. The coordination and effort required for a single application is just as good as building a million dollar business and buying your own house.

Terrible system.

It was very convenient, as all the information was saved once it was uploaded. This made subsequent applications much easier and saved me a lot of time.

I felt overall it was a very good experience.
I feel that not all circumstances are covered and that it would be really helpful to have a space to accurately explain a situation.

Using the Snug app made securing a rental property smooth and stress free. The platform was fast, well organised, and easy to navigate, which saved me a lot of time during applications. What made my experience great was the swiftness documents uploaded quickly, applications submitted instantly, and updates were clear and timely. Snug does a great job of streamlining the rental process by reducing paperwork and delays. Overall, it’s an efficient, reliable tool that genuinely improves the rental experience for tenants.

Snug has honestly made the whole rental application process feel smoother than my morning coffee. For once, I didn’t feel like I needed a PhD in paperwork or a week off work to apply for a house. The platform is simple, quick, and actually… helpful. Wild, I know.

Everything was straightforward, the reminders kept me on track, and I didn’t need to sacrifice my sanity trying to upload documents for the 47th time. Snug made the whole real estate chase feel a bit less like The Hunger Games and more like an actual organised system.

There are so many real estate helper websites out there these days. But Snug is by far the most intuitive and easiest to navigate. The process of creating a renter profile and applying for a home is simple, even with a group application. Other's are clunky and don't flow well. Thanks Snug for getting us into a new home!

Using Snug for my rental application felt as good as receiving the realtor call to tell me it’s mine. The well played out user experience, ease of entering information and attaching documents, and clear instructions that guided me step by step through the application made the process so easy and quick. This was important when trying to get my application through at soonest post inspection. I highly recommend Snug for real estates who want to make the application process less stressful for applicants. I also highly recommend it for applications. Simply set up an account, most of your information will pre-fill, follow through the 5-6 steps and click submit. The whole process felt snug ☺️

Worst app that I have ever encountered, tried saving info but kept getting logged out then sign back in again and nothing was saved, repeated process again and again but automatically logs you out, missed out on a property due to using snug.

I found the snug platform really easy and helpful to navigate and the relevant emails really good as moving is such a stressful time it was helpful to have tips as there’s so much to think about and organise and to be reminded different things was so good. And the whole application process was made so much easier to kept track of in one place and to fill it out once and get verified and be able to use that for multiple applications. I wish all real estates would move to snug as we still had to use 2 other websites (realestate and 2apply which needed different applications which was so time consuming to fill out wish it was all one platform for next time we need a rental
