Great price and fab duvet. Was a little dubious about buying a duvet online as I always like to feel them. I was really pleased with this purchase though and it was cheaper purchasing direct than through Dunelm, double win!

Fab quilt 👍excellent delivery service

Only had our Super King SUMPTUOUS HUNGARIAN GOOSE DOWN DUVET, very expensive but after several weeks the stitching has come apart and the goose down is coming out. Tried to contact and emails been ignored, take you money, provide poor quality and then don't reply. Following up with credit card company.)

Update,

Eventually they agreed to collect the faulty quilt so they can check it over, but wouldn't provide a replacement and said we would have to go with no quilt until they could verify the product fault.

Driver turned up to collect, was rude and we waked for 5 minutes to get it ready for him and was told "I can't wait for people like you I'm busy"

Horrendous service and quality of product.

Looks like credit care charge back is only way forward. BEWARE.......

Nice pillows, but let down by their courier (InPost) not following instructions and lying about where they’d left the parcel. Unfortunately, because of this, won’t buy from them again.

Bought a goose feather duvet superking size just over two years ago and this morning when changing the bedding realised a lot of the box sections were empty of down, on close inspection the stitching had come apart and the down had migrated.
Extremely disappointing, an absolute expensive item and when I checked the warranty it is only for two years
Ordered myself a new 100% goose down from somewhere else now with a ten year warranty

We bought a 4 pack of these Classic Soft Touch Pillows directly from Snuggledown, who offered a discount and free shipping. Delivered promptly, these pillows provide excellent support while being very comfortable. Snuggledown is a very appropriate name! Excellent value. Would definitely purchase again.

Just brilliant all round

Quilt arrived very quickly. Have only used the 4.5 tog quilt so far & I am very pleased with it. It’s lightweight but cosy.
Sure the 9.5 tog quilt will be cosy in winter .

I ordered a goose down duvet. Though it seemed good quality, I received one of the wrong size and tog.
The support team has been slow to respond, however they have now sent me a return label and will hopefully dispatch the correct size once I return the current one.

I bought 2 x 2 pairs of feather and duck down pillows for my spare bedroom on my daughter’s recommendation. They seem good quality and I am pleased with them. The only slight downside was that they arrived individually packed in their own zipped bag which I thought was a waste of packaging given I was expecting pairs of pillows.

You can’t go wrong with these products from this company I’ve bought the duvets from them previously and they’re so warm I was dubious about spending so much on these pillows,… but they are worth every penny,… your head just sinks into them and I’m getting a whole better nights sleep as a result

Quick delivery and item quality was as described. Very good sale price and we have really appreciated the light 4.5 tog Hungarian goose down and feather duvet in this hot weather. The casing is a nice smooth cool cotton.
