really supportive, was able to stay asleep and comfy on a fully trubulent flight, with no latent neck pain
memory foam is super comfy and easy to pack in the helpful bag

Bought this travel pillow for a long haul flight and a trip which involved long journeys on dirt roads.
Very impressed, I slept so well on the plane with no head lolling, and it then supported my head so well on the worst roads I have ever seen, I even managed to fall asleep. Packs neatly into a small bag, removable cover so I can wash the dirt out.

Fantastic quality product all round, great little carry bag and so comfortable with the memory foam. Great idea to have two adult sizes also. Ordered two pillows and one had a faulty clip unfortunately. My email was answered promptly and a replacement cover with working clip was sent immediately. Such a difference receiving prompt communications and issue sorted within a week of ordering. It's a small UK company so a nice feeling to support. Highly recommended.

After receiving my snugl travel pillow for a Christmas present 2024 I used it for the first time on a long haul flight in January. Unfortunately I left the carry case on the plane on the return flight. I contacted Snugl asking if it was possible to purchase a replacement bag .The bag is a very useful piece of kit as the pillow does squeeze down into the bag making it a handy way to travel with a clip for your back pack, much better than attaching a whole pillow.
Anyway I contacted Snugl and without hesitation offered to send out a complimentary replacement and paid p and p. They also sent it 48h tracked and it arrived before U finished the holiday washing!! Amazing service.
The pillow was also a game changer for my flight. So snuggly! Clues in the title :) rather memory foam is quite firm but gives to your shape. It suited my shape but I could see it might not suit all shapes.
I can not recommend this product or company enough and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

After extensive research took the plunge with these guys . Great coms with an enquiry that was answered quickly & super fast delivery. The travel pillow looks & feels a quality product & cant wait to use it on my long hall trip. Will comment further on my return but so far so good - excellent customer service

The ear plugs are not doing anything. The box is nice. The eye mask is confortable and completely block the light

Just what I wanted for use in the car then to transfer onto my mobility scooter

This neck pillow is incredibly uncomfortable. It stopped my head from moving around, which was great, but it gave me worse neck pain than if I didn’t use it. I was on a long haul flight and finally had to take it off after trying it a few different ways. Additionally - don’t buy this item from Amazon. Their box says there is a 60 day return policy but you can’t return the item after 30 days on Amazon. False advertising.

Worth the price

I ordered 2 lower back cushions from SNUGL and they arrived promptly.
My mum is 83 and has a bad back so 1 was for her for Christmas.
Very comfy and she is using hers with her orthopedic chair, early days but she loves it, does what it says on the tin !
