The order arrived fast but some items were left out. A refund was given to me but i did not receive the full order which i wanted.

One issue I had is with Fedex which I have resolved with them.

Med Vänlig Hälsning Went above and beyond to get my shipment through. When the first shipment got held up at customs, it was returned to Snusme and he had a new shipment sent which was delivered shortly after. His communication through email was impeccable and I wish I could shake his hand and say thank you.

If you are from the United States, do not order from this company. They have been blacklisted by the FDA for repeated violations. Your package will be detained indefinitely and the company will not refund your money. I am out over $400 and they won't do anything beside sending email saying "we're sorry , this isn't the experience we want for customers." They already know about this blacklist as the FDA has sent them repeated violation letters. Instead of discontinuing marketing to US customers, they will take your money and let you deal with it. They used to be snusme.com and have changed their name to snusme.io
I have ordered from them for many years and they had always been fantastic. They had the fastest shipping in the industry and really great customer service. Even now, they still respond to email within 2 days. I understand how ridiculous the US government policies are, and how annoying it must be to try to do international business when the rules keep changing. The difference here is they have been warned that all packages from them will be seized and instead of not allowing unsuspecting US customers to place orders, they take their money anyway and then refuse to refund.

Update #1: After filing a dispute with my credit card company and several emails to snusme.io they decided to refund my purchase . This was a nice gesture, but only occurred after they said no refund 3 times and a dispute was filed. Package is still detained in customs and will likely be seized. If you order from them and live in the US, your package will likely be detained for a month or longer and there is a chance that they will seize (its at the discretion of the FDA agent assigned). While snusme.io is a good company, US customers will have major problems.

I have been ordering from SnusMe around 2 years now and now have a package stuck in Newark for over 37 days and counting with no update as it’s been seized by the FDA. Ordered July 11 my package was seized July 15th and it is now August 17th.

Snusme support has not helped me at all and downplayed the entire situation. They keep referring to FedEx like they are going to do something which they can’t and won’t. Either reship my order at 0 cost to me or refund my money it’s not very difficult.

This has not been resolved. I was sent a reshipment that is again stuck in Newark with no updates. The paperwork submitted by SnusMe was not filled out correctly; the values were empty, so I had to contact a FedEx international agent to resolve that and still have not heard anything regarding the reshipment. I have requested a full refund and was again denied and told to wait until Monday. Mind you, I waited over a month for the first order and now 8 days for the reshipment. They also will NOT refund shipping, as stated by the support agent from SnusMe, who has also been no help and a little rude. I have been a customer for 2 years and placed 10 orders, 9 of which had no issues, but after this I will no longer be a customer of SnusMe.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This has now been resolved. Thank you for finally refunding my money. After 46 days from the 1st order shipment, 1 reshipment, 1 unhelpful support agent, roughly 10 emails, 4 refusals of a refund, missing values on the import paperwork, and 1 Trustpilot review, I finally received my refund.

Fast shipping! Very satisfied.
