La mala calificacion es tanto para SoBuy como para Fedex (la empresa de transportes que debería habermebentregado mi pedido). El dia 24 de Junio realicé una compra (una mesita de noche flotante), estamos a día 9 de Julio y no tengo noticia alguna de mi pedido. Sólo sé que lleva desde el día 1 de Julio detenido en San Fernando de Henares. Heboptado por devolver el pedido y, encima, SoBuy me dice que el proceso de reembolso tarda entre 2 y 3 semanas. Es indignante que te gastes tu dinero comprando algo que te gusta y que te hace falta y que no te llegue. Yo no volveré a comprar nunca en esra tienda y me aseguraré también de no comprar en ningun comercio que envíe los pedidos con Fedex.

Ordered two bathroom cabinets. One fine. The other arrived in a box covered in paint, clearly sent out to a customer and returned. The cabinet has damage to both doors. I can’t get any response from this company.

Shoe cabinet came very well packaged. Though the outside box was slightly dented in places, the items inside were fine and secure.
Instructions were easy to follow. Used a normal mask screwdriver instead of a drill. When we secured the first screw with a drill it chipped the wood. The screwdriver was sufficient. Really happy with the shoe cabinet. Fits perfectly.

I have purchased two products from SoBuy and will not hesitate to buy from them again. The first purchase was a kitchen island which was delivered safely and is attractive and useful. However, the second product I ordered, their Telescopic Clothes Rail FRG109-II-W is unsafe to use and not fit for purpose. I had several conversations with their customer service team, but in the end I was not able to find a way to make the product safe, so asked for a refund. They initially offered a £5 refund if I wanted to keep the product, but when I declined that offer, they asked me if I would keep the product as a gift, but would give me a full refund as well. I have accepted that offer and have no doubt that I will receive the refund soon.
I reviewed the product on their website, giving it a 3-star rating just because the customer service was so good, in spite of feeling that the product itself was unsafe to use.

Excellent products delivered quickly, no problems. Look great and are very sturdy. Ordered shoe seat and shoe rack and really happy with products and service

Absolutely awful do not buy anything from them. You won’t be able to return or get a refund they just ignore your emails and are no help whatsoever!!!!!

I bought a tall cupboard with laundry hamper and after 10 months the basket (which is fabric wrapped cardboard we have now learnt) has torn.
I reached out for a replacement basket, even offering to pay for it, but I can't have one.
So now I have a useless cupboard.
Shame as I've bought side tables and other furniture before from them. Never again tho.

Not impressed by this company received my cupboard with a missing panel got asked would I like to keep it for a £10 comp .i said what good is it to me without The side . Then got told I could have a replacement but would take 7 to 10’dsys even tho my was next day not good customer service service sending back for a full refund

Compré 2 artículos y al montar el primero se rompió al solo girarlo. No he obtenido ninguna respuesta por parte del centro de asistencia que me resuelva el problema. Sólo quiero que se lleven los artículos y me devuelvan mi dinero. Artículo de mala calidad y pésima atención al cliente. No se dejen engañar. Compren en otra parte.

Hice un pedido de un artículo de esta empresa, a través de Shein, no me lo entregaron en mi dirección, sino en un punto de entrega donde no puedo recogerlo porque es muy pesado. He escrito mil veces y terrible la atención al cliente, te contestan una y otra vez lo mismo y no dan una solución.

Empresa confiable al 100%. Se nota que es europea (alemana), si bien trabajan con productos de fabricación china. Excelente atención al Cliente: inmediata, resolutiva y amable. Mi más sincero agradecimiento a Yvette, a este respecto.

Ordered a Bus shaped toy storage box which was expensive. Arrived with several pieces chipped and damaged. The front piece was the worst. Also, instructions were far from clear.
Just not good enough as this was far from reasonably priced.

Absolutely shocking. Had i known that the products weren't from the range I wouldn't have purchased. Took over a month to say its arrived and then a further 2 weeks for a refund because they didn't deliver to correct address.
Communication terrible. Same as the range. Will never purchase again.

Super fast delivery in 3 days , I ordered a freestanding unit for the bathroom. Excellent product and value for money , same item 3 times the price in another well know site. Self assembly was tiresome but you get their in the end.

E-Mail gestuurd maar al paar keer ondertussen, en werk aan jullie inpakmanier, lak ga af= oven op 200graden? Lang genoeg erin geweest?

I purchased a shoe rack which did not serve the purpose. Contacted them via Amazon - the company is not responding to collect and refund. This company is market place seller. Amazon is also dragging its feet to help.
I think people should be aware of market place (third party) sellers

I purchased two items, kitchen storage Island, from this website, one of them had two missing pieces, I send as email and explained, within hours I received a reply and within four days I had a replacement, a total new item.
I really appreciate the support they gave me and I totally recommend this website for everyone.

I bought a shelving unit from this company via Amazon. It was terrible quality and looked nothing like the picture when it arrived. I posted a 2 star review on Amazon as a result, the company then contacted me, every working day, to chase me up on this. They did offer a full refund, which I received, but they wanted this in exchange for my negative post to be removed. Beware!

Absolutely rubbish.
I ordered through amazon and received an invoice with actual address on. 11 days later the package is still in Germany, the address dpd has is not accurate so until I can guess it correctly they won't help me. Can not get hold so buy at all, no responses anywhere, I even phone a phone number but it rings out everything

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I placed my order and within a day there was a tracking number attached to my order and instructions to track on the “shop”
App. I have downloaded this app and it says my order has shipped with DPD but when I check the tracking on their website it says the tracking number provided is incorrect. I have sent an email, two messages via Sobuy’s chat button and a further message via the Shop app and they have ignored all of them. I have even tried messaging on their Instagram page and just received an automated message, in German, saying they will be in touch soon. This site is clearly a scam and I will now have to go through PayPal for a refund!
