Very responsive with information

Very responsive with information. Order arrived within 4 days of purchase. So far, we have not installed the tub or uncrated it. Waiting on plumbers to finish final grade. Looking at at least 4-6 weeks before we install tub. At which time I will provide another update.

Didn’t receive my tub when I was


Didn’t receive my tub when I was suppose to order was stuck with shipping company I emailed never really got emailed back then I finally got a call after leaving message I’ll give 3 stars for that but I love the tub

The tub arrived in a sturdy wood crate

The tub arrived in a sturdy wood crate. No damage at all to the tub. Pricing was great. Has not been installed yet so can't comment on the actual tub performance. The delivery is not "white glove" so luckily the driver agreed to at least get it into my garage.
