I engaged Social Buzzing to help with a small social media management project; after 2 weeks the excellent results were so apparent that I engaged them full time for two of my companies.

We had a rough start with Social buzzing but they rectified the problems we were having and things have been great since. By targeting the right type of consumer we find ourselves winning around 6 or 7/10 jobs we price. Rather than the 3/10 we were previously winning.
Our account manager has taken the weight off my shoulders with regards to marketing the business.

I have found Social Buzzing an excellent social media agency, they have been very informative of progress and certainly worked hard to increase my brand awareness.

With the very limited content we have been able to provide initially they have done wonders and are steadily, slowly but surely growing our social profile.

How on earth anyone has rated this company as good i will never know.

I made an agreement with the company, a company who sold themselves as a specialist social media agency.

The agreement was that 2 posts be done per day on both instagram and Facebook, this was made in writing.

The company then asked me to sign a 3 month contract in which I agreed.

They then started to try to hard sell various other services include SEO before they had even done any work.

After 2 months there was not a single day where the work was completed. In 60 days there was never 2 posts done on either platform.

At this point I informed them that i would not be working any longer with them as I had paid for 2 months work that had not been carried out.

They are now threatening legal claims, which seems strange to me when they have not carried out there end of the agreement once over a 60 day period which is a fair and reasonable amount of time.

I would advise anyone against using this company, they are not in it to do a good job or add value its just about extracting money from clients.

I will be counter claiming for the 2 months paid back if they do decide to commence legal proceedings as I paid for work that was not completed.

Do yourself a favour and fine someone else.
